~Recap~

Jeevika and Maanvi hugged each other tightly, stilling trying to hold back their tears in front of each other. Evern though VirIka and VirMan living separately, they are not divorce, they are still, legally married.

**********************************************************************************************************

Mannat: (looking at Viraat cutely) Papa hum log plain mein hain?

Viraat, Viren, and Mannat were sitting in the plain, waiting for their flight to take off.

Viraat: (smiles) Haan Mannat.
Mannat: (looking at Viren) Bale Papa hum upal uleinge? (Bade Papa, are we going to fly up in the air?)
Viren: (smiles) Haan Mannat.
Mannat: (innocently) Kaiche? (How?)
Viraat: Beta abhi jab hum udhne lagein ge tab aapko pata chal jaiye ga.

Mannat looked around as she heard a lady's voice, who was not actually visible to her.

May I have your attention please. We are ready to take off to Delhi, please fasten your seatbelt. Thank You.

Mannat: (looking around) Papa woh kichne bola? (Dad, who was that?)
Viraat: Beta woh air hostess thi.
Mannat: (cutely) Uchne kya kaha? (What did she say?)
Viraat: (smiles) Usne kaha ki apna seatbelt lagalo, hum upar udhne wale hain.
Mannat: (smiles/excitedly) Chheatbelt kahan hai? (Where are the seatbelts?)
Viren: (pointing at her seatbelt) Yeh rahi Mannat Ji.
Viraat: (extened his hands to help her) Lao main help karta hun.
Mannat: (stubbornly) Nahi, mujhe kalna hai. (No, I want to do it.)
Viraat: Mannu aap nahi kar paogi.
Mannat: Main Mannat hun aul main kal lungi. (I'm Mannat, and I will do it.)
Viraat: Thik hai karo.

Mannat was looking at the seat belt very carefully as if it was talking to her.

Viren: (smirks) Lagao Mannat.
Mannat: laga lahi hun na Bale Papa. (looking around her seat/holding the belt in her other little hand) Yeh kahan lagta hai? ( I'm trying Bade Papa. Where does this go?)

Viraat and Viren smiled, looking at a confused Mannat. She smiled when she found the other part.

Mannat: Mil gayi..(trying to fasten her seltbelt) Yeh lag kyun nahi laha? (pouts looking at the seatbelt) Lag jao na pljj..(Oh I found it...Why isn't this fitting? Please fit in.)

Viraat looked at Mannat, his smile faded away as he remembered something that was connected to his past, with His Wife.

~Flashback~

Viraat and Maanvi, newly wedded couple were going on their honeymoon to Mumbai. They just entered the plain and went towards their seat.

Maanvi: (pouts) Viraat mujhe window side par baithna hai.
Viraat: Par tumhari seat (pointing at the seat, which was next to the window seat) yeh wali hai, (pointing at the window seat) woh meri hai.
Maanvi: (pouts yet again) Viraat shadi ke baad kya meri tumhari kar rahe ho. Please na.
Viraat: No.
Maanvi: (cutely) Viraat, tum apni Biwi ke liye itna bhi nahi kar sakhte.
Viraat: (sarcastic smile) Emotional Blackmail mujh par nahi chalegi.
Maanvi: (smiles cutely, while wrapping her arm around his) Viraat I Love You, please na.
Viraat: (smiles at her) Maanvi I Love You Too, but no.
Maanvi: (angrily) Thik hai main jaa rahi hun, manana apna honeymoon akele.

Maanvi just turned around to leave, Viraat held her hand and pulled her towards him.

Viraat: (hands around her waist) Honeymoon koi akele manata hai kya?
Maanvi: (trying to push him away) Viraat chodho, yeh humara bedroom nahi hai, (looking around) sab dekh rahe hain.
Viraat: (pulling her even more close) Dekhne do, apni Biwi ke saath romance kar raha hun kisi bahar wali ke saath thodi na...

Maanvi and Viraat turned around as they heard someones voice. He was still holding her in his arms, while she was trying to move him away. It was an air hostess.

Is everything ok (looking at Maanvi) Ma'am, (then at Viraat) Sir?
Viraat: (smiles/stammers) Ya...its..its fine, thanks.
Then you may take your seat and fasten your seatbelt Sir, we are ready to take off.
Viraat: (wide smile) Sure thing, Thank you.

The air hostess left.

Maanvi: (eyebrow raised) Bade smile diye jaa rahe the.
Viraat: (smirks) Haan toh?
Maanvi: (hits on his chest) Tum na Chep ke Chep hi raho ge, kuch nahi ho sakhta tumhara.
Viraat: (teasingly) Obviously, jiski tum jaisi Biwi ho uska kuch ho sakhta hai kya?
Maanvi: (narrowed eyes) Kya Kaha?
Viraat: (smiles at her) Kuch nahi, ab baith jaiye?
Maanvi: (pouts/pointing at the window seat) Mujhe wahan baithna hai.
Viraat: Baith Jaa Mother Indian, baith jaa.

Maanvi sat down at the window seat with a huge smile, while Viraat sat next to her. Maanvi looked at the seatbelt confusedly, thinking how to fasten it.

Viraat: Maanvi main tumhari help karta hun seatbelt lagane mein, tumse nahi hoga.
Maanvi: (looking at him) Kyun? Kyun nahi hoga? Main Maanvi hun, kuch bhi kar sakhti hun, mujhse zarur hoga.
Viraat: Theek hai karo.

Viraat fastened his seat belt and looked at Maanvi amusedly, who was trying to fasten the belt around her.

Viraat: (controlling his laughter/cutely) Maanvi Baby che nahi ho laha hai?

Viraat shut his mouth when Maanvi gave him a deadly glare. She went back to her previous work, fastening the seat belt.

Maanvi: (trying to fasten her seat belt) Lag kyun nahi raha hai yeh? Lag jaa, meri izzat ka sawal hai.

Viraat looked away and giggled, which didn't go unnoticed by Maanvi.

Maanvi: (giving him a deadly glare) Has kyun rahe ho?
Viraat: (innocently) Main kahan has raha hun?
Maanvi: Toh kya kar rahe the?
Viraat: Main? (smirks) Main (looking at a air hostess) toh woh airhostess ko dekh raha tha.
Maanvi: (looking at the direction, where he was looking) Kya? (turns towards him) Chep Vadhera...(starts hitting him on his arms)
Viraat: (rubbing his arms) Ouch Maanvi, dard ho raha hai..Maanvi...

~Present~

Viren was looking at Viraat, frowningly, as he was mumbling Maanvi's name in his dream.

Viraat: Maanvi...bas na,,Maanvi...

And he woke up, only to see Viren looking at him questioningly. He looked away from him, avoiding his questioning glare.

Viren: (smiles a little) Nazrein kyun chura rahe ho Viraat..?
Viraat: Um..nahi toh Bhai. (smiles looking at Mannat) Uh Mannat so gayi.
Viren: Don't change the topic Viraat.
Viraat: (looking up at him) Main kyun topic change karunga Bhai.
Viren: Maanvi ki yaad..(cuts off by Viraat)
Viraat: (looks away) Bhai please...
Viren: Kyun? Teen saal se maine kuch nahi kaha, kyun ki mujhe laga tum aage badh gaye ho, bhul gaye ho Maanvi ko. (smiles a little) Par nahi, tum aaj bhi usse pyaar karte ho Viraat.
Viraat: (looking at him) Bhai mujhe bahut neend aa rahi hai, (turns his face away) please mujhe sone do aur aap bhi so jao.
Viren: Fir ussike sapne aayeinge Viraat.
Viraat: (turns to face him with bloodshot red eyes) Bhai, mujhe uske baare mein koi baat...
Viren: (cuts him off) Kyun nahi karni? Kyun ki meri baatein tujhe usski aaj bhi yaad dilati hai?
Viraat: Main usse bhul chuka hun Bhai.
Viren: (looking straight into his eyes) Jhut. Sach toh yeh hai ki tum aaj bhi Maanvi ko chahte ho, usse pyaar karte ho. Aaj bhi tum usse bhul nahi paaye.
Viraat: Yeh aapki galat faimi hai Bhai, main usse ussi din bhul gaya tha jab uski sachayi mere samne aayi thi. (tears filled his eyes) Jab mujhe pata chala tha ki woh mujhse nahi kisi aur se pyaar karti hai. Jab mujhe pata chala tha ki meri Bacchi, meri Mannat uske liye ek bhoj(burden) thi.
Viren: (places his hand on Viraat's shoulder) Viraat agar Mannat Maanvi ke liye bhoj hoti toh woh usse kabhi janam nahi deti.
Viraat: (tears rolling down) Woh usse janam dena bhi kahan chahti thi Bhai?
Viren: Viraat maine tujhse pehle bhi kaha hai aaj bhi kehta hun, koi bhi Maa apne Bacche ko marne ke baare mein nahi soch sakhti. (looking at Mannat/stroking her hair) Mannat Maanvi ka hissa hai, woh isse bahut pyaar karti hai, main janta hun.
Viraat: Pyaar karti hai toh in teen saalon mein aa kar kyun nahi mili woh Mannat se. Pata toh hai na usse ki uska baccha zinda hai.
Viren: Viraat..(cuts him off)
Viraat: Bhai please, main apna mood aur kharab nahi karna chahta. Ab meri aur Mannat ki zindagi mein koi Maanvi nahi aayegi.

Viren gave up and looked away. After sometime their flight landed and they headed towards their hotel.

Jeevika: Chal Mannu, bahut late ho gaya hai, hume sona chahiye, kal chaar(4) baje uthna jo hai.

Maanvi was sitting on her bed reading a book, while Jeevika was standing beside her.

Maanvi: (smiles) Haan Di. Virika so gayi?
Jeevika: Haan abhi soyi hai. Chal tu bhi so jaa, good night.

Jeevika took the book away from her, and pulled the duvet over her as she laid down on the bed. She kissed on her forehead and walked out of the room, towards her room.

~4;00 am, Chaudhary House, In Delhi~

Maanvi and Jeevika were sitting on the table, eating their food before the sunrise.

Maanvi: Di mera ho gaya.
Jeevika: Mannu tune theek se kuch khaya bhi nahi hai, ache se kha le warna din mein bahut bhuk lagegi.
Maanvi: (pouts) Nahi Di mujhse aur nahi khaya jaiye ga.
Jeevika: Acha bas thoda sa aur, tu janti hai na tu faint ho jaiye gi agar ache se khayegi nahi. Thoda sa aur kha le.
Maanvi: Di...
Jeevika: Mannu kha le na, (cutely) thoda sa apne Di ke liye.

Maanvi unwilling ate a little more just for her Sister.

Jeevika: Waise aaj tu kaam par jaiye gi kya? Woh singer aa raha hai aaj, nahi?
Maanvi: Haan Di, (smiles) par Mr. Kapoor ne aaj chuti dedi, Karva Chauth hai na.
Jeevika: (smiles back) Fir theek hai, tujhe zyada kamzori bhi nahi hogi.
Maanvi: Hmm...Ok now I'm done, mujhse aur nahi khaya jaiye ga.
Jeevika: Theek hai.

**********************************************************************************************************

~11:00 am...Hotel~

Viraat was feeding Mannat, while Viren was finishing his breakfast up.

Viren: Waise aaj ka kya plan hai?
Viraat: Koi plan nahi hai Bhai, mujhe uss music company mein jaana hai chaar baje tak, contract sign karne hai.
Viren: Haan toh humare paas kam se kam paanch ghante hai, chalo kahin ghum aate hai. Mannat bhi khush ho gaye gi. (looking at Mannat cutely) Kyun Princess?
Mannat: (smile) Haan Papa, hum ghumi ghumi chale?
Viraat: (smiles at her) Theek hai, hum aaj ghumi ghumi jaiye gein.
Mannat: (claps her tiny hands together) Yay..

After finishing their breakfast, Viren and Viraat got Mannat ready after getting themselves ready and went out to enjoy their day.

~Chaudhary House, Delhi~

Virika: Maasi chaand kab aayega?
Maanvi: Beta chaand raat ko aaye ga, abhi toh sirf 6:00 pm hai na.

Maanvi and Virika were sitting on the couch, in the living room, while Jeevika was getting ready in her room.

Virika: Acha? Aapko bhuk nahi lag lahi? (Oh. Aren't you hungry?)
Maanvi: (smiles) Nahi.
Virika: Acha? (wondering) Mujhe toh bahut bhuk lagti hai agal main kuch khati nahi. Aapko kaise nahi lag lahi? (Really? I always feel hungry, whenever I don't eat anything. Why aren't you feeling hungry?)
Maanvi: Bas nahi lag rahi...

Jeevika walked into the living room, after getting ready.

Jeevika: Mannu, main Virika ko le kar jaa rahi hun, tu apna khayal rakhna, main vrat thodne tak aa jaungi.
Maanvi: (smiles) Ok Di, take care, aur jaldi aa jaana.
Virika: (excitedly) Mannu Maasi, main Lahul se milne jaa lahi hun. (Mannu Maasi, I'm going to meet Rahul.)
Maanvi: (smiles/pulls her cheeks) Pata hai meri Angel, apna vrat bhi tod lena aap.
Virika: (confused) Vlat? Maine toh nahi lakhi. (Fasting? I'm not observing a fast.)
Maanvi: (pretending to be surprised) Acha? Koi nahi (smirks) aapke Lahul ne rakhi hogi aapke liye, uska vrat tudwa dena.
Jeevika: (laughing) Mannu tu bhi na. (to Virika) Chal Viri..

Jeevika left with Virika to Mrs. Sharma's house.

Maanvi: Di aur Viri toh chali gayi, main kya karun? (thinking) Hmm...(smiles) haan, pooja ki taiyaarian shuru kar deti hun.

Maanvi got up from her seat and went to the kitchen.

**********************************************************************************************************

Receptionist: Mr. Vadhera, ab aap andar jaa sakhte hai.

Viraat, from past five hours was waiting for Mr. Kapoor, as he had an appointment with him. He smiled at the Receptionist and went away. He knocked as he reached the door of his cabin.

Mr. Kapoor: (smiles) Come in.

Viraat opened the door and went in. Mr. Kapoor smiled and stood up excitedly.

Mr. Kapoor: Welcome Mr. Vadhera, I'm so sorry aapko itni der intezaar karna pada, actually mere Bete ko meri zarurat thi aur mujhe jaana pada, am extremely sorry about that.
Viraat: (smiles) Don't worry Mr. Kapoor, its ok. I understand, family comes first.
Mr. Kapoor: Thank You so much for understanding. Please have a seat Mr. Vadhera.

Viraat and Mr. Kapoor sat down.

Viraat: Viraat. Please call me Viraat.
Mr. Kapoor: Sure, Viraat. So safar kaisi thi aapki?
Viraat: It was tiring but good.
Mr. Kapoor: That's good. Toh hum kaam ki baat karein?
Viraat: Yes, of course.
Mr. Kapoor: So Viraat, hume bahut khushi hai ki aap humare company ke liye gaa rahe hai. Hume bas do chota sa contract sign karna hai jisme likha hai ki aap iss contract ko bina complete kare chodh nahi sakhte aur dusra contract mein likha hai ki jab tak yeh pehla contract valid hai aap kisi aur company se haath nahi mila sakhte for the next 10 days. Toh kya aap sign karne ke liye taiyaar hai?
Viraat: (smiles) Definitely.
Mr. Kapoor: That's wonderful. (handing him the papers) Yeh lijiye pehla contract papers, plz aap sign kar dijiye.

Viraat signed the contract and handed the paper to Mr. Kapoor.

Mr. Kapoor: (takes the paper back) Thank You. (looking around) Pata nahi kahan gaya.
Viraat: Any problem?
Mr. Kapoor: Pata nahi maine dusra contract kahan rakh diya...(after a pause/looking around) Arey haan, maine apne assitant ko diya tha. Ab kya kare woh contract aaj hi sign karna tha.
Viraat: Toh problem kya hai usse abhi bula lijiye na.
Mr. Kapoor: Actually woh nahi aa sakhti, aaj Karva Chauth hai, aur waise bhi mujhe bhi apne ghar jaana hai. (frowns) Par contract bhi aaj hi sign karna hai.
Viraat: Ok toh main uske ghar chala jaata hun, aap usska address dedijiye mujhe, main contract sign kar ke aapko send karwa dunga.
Mr. Kapoor: (smiles) Brilliant idea, main aapko uska address deta hun. Uska naam Ms. Chaudhary hai, woh...

Mr. Kapoor gave Viraat Ms. Chaudhary's address and he left immediately towards her house.

Maanvi: Kahan thi tu itne dino se?
Dhanno: Sorry Didi, woh mujhe mere gaon(village) jaana pada, meri Maa bahut bimaar thi na.

Dhanno was the servant of the Chaudhary house, she used to take care of all the household chores, when Jeevika and Maanvi leaves for their work.

Maanvi: (concerned) Kya hua woh theek toh hai na?
Dhanno: Haan Didi, ab woh theek hai, main aapse yahi batane aayi thi ki aaj se main kaam par nahi aa paungi, main wapas apne gaon jaa rahi hun hamesha ke liye.
Maanvi: Theek hai. (smiles) Tum yahin ruko main abhi aayi.

Maanvi went towards her room, took some money from her drawer and walked back towards Dhanno.

Maanvi: (handing her the money) Yeh lo, tumne jo kaam kiya tha, uske liye aur baki tumhari Maa ke liye.
Dhanno: Par Didi...
Maanvi: Rakhlo Dhanno, kaam aayeinge.
Dhanno: (folds her hands) Dhanewadh Didi. Ab main chalti hun.
Maanvi: (smiles) Theek hai jao. Darwaza ache se band kar dena, main upar chhat par jaa rahi hun.
Dhanno: (smiles) Ji.

Maanvi left towards the terrace while Dhanno started walking towards the main door. She opened the door and saw a tall, dark, and handsome guy standing at the door, ready to press the door bell.

Dhanno: Ji? Kisse milna hai aapko?

It was none other than Viraat Singh Vadhera, who was standing at the door with a smile on his face.

Viraat: Um..Ms. Chaudhary hai?
Dhanno: Sahab, yahan do Chaudhary ma'am saab rehti hai, aapko kisse milna hai?
Viraat: Um, woh jo, music company mein kaam karti hai.
Dhanno: (smiles) Oh acha woh, haan woh upar chhat par hai, aap jaa sakhte hai.
Viraat: (smiles back) Ji thank you.

Viraat entered the house, looking around, he saw a picture of a cute little girl, who was smiling, showing all her teeth. He smiled, thinking about his Mannat and continued walking, while Dhanno closed the door and left.

Viren: Mannat, aap yahin gaadi mein baitho, driver hai, main bas paanch mintue mein aata hun ok.
Mannat: (smiles cutely) Ok Bale Papa.

Viren left the car after giving a speech to the driver for looking after Mannat.

Jeevika: Yeh gaadi ko bhi abhi kharab hona tha, ab kya karun? Mannu intezaar kar rahi hogi. Ussko text kar deti hun.

Jeevika text Maanvi, about her being late.

Virika: (smiles) Mama (pointing up in the sky) woh dekho chaand.

Jeevika looked at the direction where Virika was pointing and was turned around with a spin when someone bumped into her. She lost her balance and fall on that person's arms.

Maanvi: Di ko toh der ho jaiye gi, main akele hi pooja kar leti hun.

Maanvi picked up a photo frame of Viraat and place it on the table. She turned around with an aarti ki thal and chalni(sieve). She did the aarti of the moon, with a smile on her face. Viraat entered the terrace, looking around, he found a lady standing with her back facing towards him. He thought of waiting for her and not to disturb her prayer. He crossed his arms across his chest, lost in his thoughts, of his wife.

Hmmm...Haathon mein pooja ki thaali...Hmmm...

That person was holding Jeevika, by her waist, preventing her from falling, her eyes were closed. Virika was trying to look at the person's face who was holding her Mom, but was not able to because his face was covered with Jeevika's dupatta.

Aayi raat suhaagi wali...Hmmm...

Maanvi looked at the moon through the chalni(sieve), after putting the thaal on the table beside her.

Ho, chaand ko dekhun, haath main jodun, karva chauth ka, vrat main todun...Hmmm...

**********************************************************************************************************

Jeevika balanced herself and looked up, only to see the person's face covered with her dupatta. She raised her hand and slowly started pulling her dupatta away from his face. As the dupatta fall from his face, she looked down, without looking at his face.

Jeevika: I'm sorry...

She looked up and was shocked. That person was none other than her Husband, Mr. Viren Singh Vadhera. He was shocked as well as happy, his Wife was standing in front of him after three years.

**********************************************************************************************************

Maanvi turned around in order to see the picture of Viraat, that was placed on the table. But as she turned around, she was beyond shocked and surprised, her eyes filled with tears. Her Husband, Mr. Viraat Singh Vadhera was standing in front of her, whom she was looking through the sieve.

Maanvi: (tears rolling down) Vi..Vi...Vir..aat...

Viraat was shocked, looking at the person in front of him. His Wife, who was once his everything. After three long years, she was in front of him, looking at him through the sieve. His face changed expression, which looked more like worried one, as he saw Maanvi's hand moving towards her head, everything that was in her hand, fell on the floor, and her eyes getting slightly closed. He panicked and ran towards her in order to save her as she was losing her balance. Maanvi's vision blured, everything around her was spinning, and the next thing she knew, everything blanked out.

Viraat: (shouts her name, while running towards her) Maanvi...

Done Done Done...I knw, I stopped at a vry wrong place, but its long enough already na, sorry bout dat...aaj itne se kaam chala lo, baaki baad mein...Thnk u 4 reading dis crap of mine..I hope u lykd it...plz leave ur comments 4 me n hit lyk if u lykd it...Tc Luv Aarti...

omg what an update. i am extremely happy and you know dil garden garden ho gaya.

i loved it to the core. very well written dear and i enjoyed the every bit of it. finally virman and virika met and totally in a filmy style wow. love the plane seen when mannat was trying to fastend her seatbelt and virat went to his memory land it was awesome.

aww i am really excited for next part and can't wait for long. so plz do update soon plz plz plz for me😳😳😳
