Can anyone pls help regarding this?Seems its courses dat r meant 4 NRIs only.Well all i know dat in our educational institutes we do have some seats reserved for NRIs.Is dis d same here?

Could be. I know sometimes short few months courses are also conducted for work experience etc. Like medical students from abroad can do internship for few months here.

In all countries there is a student exchange program under which students are sent abroad for a semester and foreign students are received.
I know for sure this happens in Australia and some other western unis.
So I can say for sure there is a thing like this.
