Lost or Found Intro
Zoya Farooqi seemed to be like any normal girl. She tried to be a good student ' she got average grades and even stayed back after school for "extra help" on a daily basis. Zoya always had a friendly and positive aura surrounding her ' there was hardly ever a time where the public could see her without her flashing a smile. She's a blessing in disguise even though it may be hard to distinguish at first. So, what problems could a girl like her possibly have?
Asad Ahmed Khan is a realistic guy. All his hopes, dreams, and goals were things that were realistic and in his grasp to save himself from rejection and disappointment ' two things that he dreaded. He was used to the feeling of loneliness, so he enjoyed to be in it. However, he wasn't the most outgoing person out there. If you were able to become his friend, consider yourself special.
This is the story of how unexpectable life could be, whether it be good or bad. However, these obstacles were not put into our life just to trouble us ' God knew we could handle it. Join along with Zoya and Asad and see how they'll tackle the various hardships that have been placed in their life. Who knows? Maybe a splash of color will overpower the black and white in their lives.

Zoya walked around Bhopal clenching her resume tightly in his dainty hands. The coming of summer caused her much worry and fear ' she knew she had to find a job fast. The local restaurant that she used to work at seasonally had gone bankrupt which left Zoya, for the first time in her life, unsure of where to go.
"If HE could come back any sooner, then this wouldn't be a problem," Zoya muttered under her breath, referring to her father.
Zoya happened to finally find a 'HELP WANTED' sign taking everything else in her sight out of focus. She looked through the clear, glass window and was pleased to see a coffee shop filled with nearly the same hustle and bustle of the old diner. She pulled open the door and tried to contain her happiness by reducing her grin to a small smile. When she first approached the counter, she didn't notice the man sitting next to her ' until he grabbed her attention.
"Ms. Farooqi? You're here?" Asad asked feeling quite surprised.
Zoya groaned when she heard his voice ' she didn't even bother turning around. "Mr. Khan, all have you know, I'm here to get a job!"
Her explanation made Asad chuckle. She knew it shouldn't have, but she couldn't help but admit it made her feel good inside. "You? And a job? The only available position they have here is a waitress. Trust me, this is my second home. And we all know that you won't be able to get the job with your clumsiness and lack of coordination."
Zoya's butterflies in her stomach instantly flew away ' she was furious. "Excuse me Mr. Khan, you have no right to say that! I actually have experience," she said matter-of-factly. "Now, if you'd be kind enough to point me in the manager's direction'"
"I'm the manager," Asad flatly said while taking a sip of his coffee.
Her eyes grew wide when she heard that. "Wait, what?"
"Well, technically my Ammi is, but she has a family emergency to attend to with my sister. Guess who's in charge now?" he asked with a smirk. It's not that he didn't like Zoya ' he did. He just found joy in teasing her. In fact, he thought that it was a mutual feeling.
Zoya heaved out a sigh before finally turning around to face him. "I still want to apply for the job."
Asad admired her persistence. "I don't want to go through with the formalities," he began before yawning. "Here, we'll try you out for a week and see how it goes. We only have night shifts available though, so if you aren't available then-"
"No, no! I'll be available! Night are perfect!" Zoya exclaimed.
"Woah ' watch the volume first," he warned.
She nodded and was getting ready to leave until she peeked over at Asad again. She could tell that he felt as if he made the wrong choice, so she reached over and gave him a quick hug. "Thank you," she said in a quieter volume while walking towards the door.
When Asad heard the bells signaling that someone had either entered or left the joint, he felt as though it was safe to finally turn around. "There's something about her'"
