v - "I can drop you Jeevs"

j - "No leave it. Plus I will have to come back home tomorrow morning"

v - "I can pick you up tomorrow anytime you're free. I don't have anything tomorrow"

j - "Yeah but you're gonna have to drop Zaaine tomorrow morning to school and get him ready by yourself"

v - "Yes I know that. Just get in the car, anyways your stuff is in my car now"

j - "You sure?"

v - "Yes my love"

Jeevika smiled and then sat in the passenger seat. Viren started driving and she closed her eyes taking a power nap. Viren drove to Jamba Juice and woke Jeevika up.

v - "Let's go get something to drink. And anyways you didn't eat breakfast"

j - "I really was craving Jamba Juice right now. Your the best"

v - "I know"

The both of them got out and went inside ordering their smoothies. They sat back in the car and then drove off the hospital. Both of them weren't saying anything, but they were excited to be going to the hospital to get the blood test done now. Every once in a while they would look at each other and smile. They couldn't wait any longer.

v - "Jeevs how long will it take for us to find out"

j - "Don't know. Might take a few hours if the hospital is packed today"

Viren looked at Jeevika and made a sad face.

j - "Don't worry the minute I find out, I'll call you"

v - "Promise"

j - "Pinky promise" she said laughing thinking of Zaaine.

They got to the hospital and Viren went to the parking lot.

j - "Where are you going? Just drop me at the front"

v - "Oh hello.. I'm coming inside with you"

j - "Why?"

v - "To be your bodyguard" he said smiling

j - "Very funny. Viren I'll go myself"

v - "What is your problem? I want to come inside with you. And anyways I can maybe say hi to Karan and Zoya"

j - "fine!"

They walked inside the hospital holding hands and Jeevika holding her stuff with her. They entered and walked straight to the lockers. Jeevika put her stuff away in her locker while Viren waited patiently sitting on the bench looking at her.

j - "You're behaving like a creeper"

v - "You married me'. "

j - "Yes, yes I did"

v - "Once we find out today, then we can plan our trip to New York"

Just then Zoya walked in smiling seeing Viren inside their locker rooms.

z - "Find out what?"

j - "Zoya!!! how are you feeling now?"

v - "Now? what happened to you Zee?"

z - "Nothing just tired all the time"

v - "Like Jeevika" 🤣

z - "Why is Jeevika tired? Whatsup with you Jeevs?"

Jeevika and Viren looked at each other and smiled.

z - "Don't tell me its what I think it is"

v - "Maybe"

z - "No wonder!!! That's why you're sitting here in our locker room" she said smacking Viren on his shoulder.

v - "Why do you pregnant people like to harass us guys all the time"

j - "shutup Viren. And we aren't sure yet"

z - "What the hell are you waiting for? Let's go take a blood test"

j - "Going' maybe I should just take it later"

Viren and Zoya at the same time - "NOOO"

j - "okay okay"

z - "Did my little Zaaine go to school today?"

j - "yup, he was quite scared"

z - "did he cry?"

j - "I hope not! We left before he could see us. He was to distracted looking at the other kids doing the puzzle"

v - "He'll be fine relax. What time is rounds?"

j - "We have another 30 minutes"

z - "I'm starving though, forgot to have breakfast"

j - "How do you forget? Here drink this" she said handing her her smoothie'

z - "Thanks! You guys stay here let me get a blood test kit"

j - "I can go get it"

z - "I got it" she said walking out'

Jeevika sat on the bench next to Viren.

j - "Don't you have a meeting today?"

v - "yeah, going there straight after this"

j - "Okay. I will try calling you around three. If I'm free can you pick me up and we can go get Zaaine together?"

v - "Sure"

z - "I'm back!" zoya said as she walked over to Jeevika.

She sat on the bench and Jeevika turned around now facing her. She put her arm out as Zoya put on her gloves and rubbed alcohol on her arm. She quickly took out some blood and sealed it in a little bag.

z - "I'l go give this to the lab"

v - "Thank You. And call me as soon as you find out"

z - "We won't"

v - "Thanks" 🤣

v - "Okay I'll leave now! I'll see you later" he said giving his wife a small, but cute kiss.

v - "See you later Zee. Take Care and don't bug my best friend a lot"

z - "I don't bug him at all. He bugs me"

v - "Right, thats what all pregnant people say" 🤣

j - "BYE VIREN!" she said trying to get rid of him

As soon as Viren left, Jeevika and Zoya got ready to go for rounds. Viren drove to his work where he was already late, due to the traffic. He went straight to the conference room where there were already a few people there. Viren was super busy the next few hours. His phone was switched off too and he forgot to keep it on incase Jeevika called or messaged him. It was around 1 pm when Viren was finally free. He went back to his cabin and made himself a cup of coffee.

v - "Shit my phone is off. How dumb am I?"

Viren quickly turned his phone on and died seeing if there was any messages from Jeevika. There was one message and he opened it.

That small little smiley-face said it all. Viren was pretty damn excited now to meet Jeevika. He picked up his files that he would work on at home, and headed straight to the hospital to meet his love. He texted her on the way telling her to come outside. Viren parked the car and then headed inside until he saw Jeevika sitting on the bench outside the entrance of the hospital. She was just looking down and didn't even realize when Viren came. Viren kissed her forehead which made her smile and look at him. He sat down right next to her. She opened the file and showed him that yellow highlighted words saying "POSITIVE." Viren kept looking at those words and then back at Jeevika.
