All 3 girls are hopeless!

I dont know if you agree, but my view is that none of the 3 remaining girls, Rooprekha, Mona or Arpita are really good!

In fact they are quite pathetic! All have feeble voices, they keep going besura every now and then, and also do not have the ability to connect with the audiences!🤢

On the other hand, we have three good male singers remaining - Arijit, Shamit and Rex (Anubhav was superb too, but now he is history, so lets leave him out)

If during the entire competition, we have a common platform for male and female singers, it means that effectively a male singer is competing against a female singer.

Now isnt that a bit flawed?

Also, eventually, I think they are going to have a Fame jodi - which means one male and one female?

So wouldnt that be unfair to the remaining males?

If they wanted to have a FAME jodi, they should have kept parallel competitions for a male singer and female singer.

If they are having them compete with each other, they should be prepared to have a male-male jodi or a female-female jodi.

They must not try to influence or manipulate the result so as to have one male and one female winner!

Am I making sense?

😕

I don't agree with you saying that Shammit and Arijit involve audience, when they sing. Arijit has been told many times to do that, and Shammit himself said that he has to increase that "X-factor"
only Rex, Amit, Anubhav and Kriti were good performers and good singers.

as for girls, well they all are girls, and that sharam-e-hayya comes natural. un ko woh jijak khatam karnye main time lagye ga.
plus I don't understand, that ven they are going to be playback singers, why are judges looking for X-factor so much.

as for the fame jodi, well, u are right, they should have done somthing similar like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.
but ven jodi comes to our mind, we always think of a male and a female, so I think its a similar thing here too

Rooprekha, Mona and Arpita are not weak and feeable. They are talented singers and their personality shines when they sing. I agree Mona can get the audience more involved in her performances and spice up her singing, but that doesn't mean she stinks! She has sur and once she overcomes her stage fright, I'm sure she'll be an awesome singer. Arpita has a wonderful screen presence, in my opinion, and she is a serious person. But that doesn't mean she a weak singer. She comes across as a level-headed, strong and dedicated singer on stage. Rooprekha is usually mast in her performances, esp the DTPH performance with Rex.

As for going besura, that happens with all the participants. No one is perfect and everyone messes up here and there. As for connecting with the audience, I think KK was right when he said Rex was having a little too much fun in his performance and that singing comes first. Shamit is really talented and sings well but his body language is the same in almost every performance. He also needs to connect with the audiences.

I think the girls in FG carry themselves really well. Its the guys that at times overreact...like too much crying, getting too emotional. I understand its an important contest but they can be more poised at times.

Agree about the fame jodi. They should pick the best two singers. But I don't think that will happen since a guy-girl pair might be better accepted by the audience. But then again, in 'Dance Dance' there were many girl-girl, guy-guy pairs that were great and went far in the competition. Let's see what happens.

Just my views.
