CAN YOU EXPLAIN TO ME

It means that the show your going to nominate should have aired on the channel during period of 1st Jan 2012 and 28th feb. The time is not over yet, you can still nominate.

It will accept all 10 digit nos. I don't know why it didn't accept yours. SORRY I don't have any idea about this.
