Chapter 34
"Ughhh! I'm so full!" NK moaned throwing his 7th packet of crisp.
"I wonder why.." Arnav rolled his eyes.
"Hey Nanav... what are we going to do when we return home with Khushiji?" NK asked.
"What I would like to do is kill that bas***d but Khushi won't let me.." Arnav sighed angrily.
"So we carry on as normal? You and Khushiji acting all cutesy?" NK grinned.
"Yes but NK.."
"Yes Nanav?"
"Never say cutesy again.." Arnav and NK laughed.
Khushi rocked back and forth, being away from Arnav and the rest of the family for so long has scared her. Khushi was surrounded by Shyam's henchmen they were staring at her, looking at the clothes she was wearing, the same clothes she wore when she was with Arnav.
"STOP STARING AT ME!" Khushi screamed.
The men stepped back feeling slightly scared at Khushi's outburst.
"What's wrong Khushiji?" Shyam asked running in.
"Ask your filthy men." Khushi said.
"Leave Khushiji alone!" Shyam shouted slapping one of the men.
Khushi smirked seeing the look on their faces. Her smirk faded, it would of been better if Arnav was the one beating the men up, including Shyam.. It would of been funnier if NK attacked them and cursed them with his incorrect Hindi.
"Now go inside!" Shyam shouted, all the men left going into another room.
"Sorry Khushiji, I should of hired some other people... Are you hungry?" Shyam asked.
Khushi shook her head, she really was hungry but she wanted to be fed by Arnav.
Shyam sighed "Khushiji your going to be here for a while.. It is best if you eat.. If you care about your..." Shyam paused "baby.."
Khushi looked at Shyam in anger, her body shook "I.. I have a husband... Who will look after me and my baby... YOUR not my husband! So NEVER tell me what to do!" Khushi shouted.
Shyam breathed loudly slamming his hand behind Khushi onto the wall. Khushi jumped scared. He stormed off into the other room without saying a word. Khushi breathed heavily.
"Arnavji... Please come quickly..." Khushi sobbed laying down on the floor.
"I miss Lavanya" NK sighed.
Arnav grinned "You really do like her don't you"
NK smiled looking down at his feet "Yeah... I think she likes me too but.."
"But what?" Arnav asked.
"I'm too shy to say anything."
Arnav sighed "Your Raizada brain has gone..."
"Hey Nan-" NK was interrupted by Arnav who stopped the car.
"Why did you stop Nanav?" NK asked.
"We are here." Arnav said staring at a abandoned warehouse.
"Let's kick butt!" NK said stepping out of the car.
Arnav and NK creeped to the front door of the warehouse.
"Hey Nanav" NK whispered. Arnav looked at NK.
"Let's make a dramatic entrance like in a Salman Khan movie Salman kicks the door dramatically and stares at his enemies angrily.." NK chuckled.
Khushi's stomach growled loudly; Shyam laughed going to Khushi with a plate full of food.
"I knew you were hungry Khushiji" Shyam crouched down in front of Khushi making her shuffle back.
"I'm not." Khushi replied, her stomach growled again.
Shyam laughed "Stop being stubborn now eat.." Shyam tried feeding Khushi a spoonful of rice, she turned her face away.
"Khushiji please eat" Shyam tried feeding Khushi curry instead.
"I will never eat food given by your hands!" Khushi shouted.
"You will have to Khushiji" Shyam smiled.
"You want Salman?" Arnav asked.
NK nodded.
"I'll give you Salman.." Arnav kicked the door which immediately bust open.
Shyam quickly stood up surprised, the rest of the men ran out to Shyam.
Khushi slowly stood up "Arnavji.." She whispered.
Arnav started walking up towards Shyam, one of the men tried to attack Arnav; Arnav grabbed his arm and swung him towards a pile of boxes. NK followed Arnav helping him beat up the other men. Arnav was about to attack Shyam but Shyam grabbed Khushi placing a knife close to her neck.
"One more move Saale Saab and Khushiji will be gone!" Shyam yelled.
Arnav abruptly stopped looking at Khushi then the knife, NK saw the plate.
"Put the knife down..." Arnav said.
Shyam laughed "No Saale Saab, first you leave and let me and Khushiji have quality time!"
"A-Arnavji.." Khushi cried.
"Hey Jheeja Ji" NK said.
Shyam looked at NK, NK threw the plate at Shyam's face, Shyam let go of Khushi to get the curry off his face. Khushi quickly ran to Arnav into his arms. Arnav hugged Khushi tightly. NK smiled seeing Arnav and Khushi reunited.
"Go home Jheeja Ji." NK said harshly to a confused Shyam. Shyam ran off quickly.
"That was amazing Nanav! What a Salman performance!" NK grinned. Arnav and Khushi pulled apart looking at NK.
Khushi laughed "Nanheji why the plate?"
NK shrugged "I have a Raizada brain don't I Nanav?"
Arnav sighed "I guess" Arnav slapped NK on the head.
"Let's go home" Khushi smiled.
Shyam stormed into the Raizada mansion his face having stains of curry.
"Shyamji! What happened to your face?!" Anjali asked worriedly.
"Rani Sahiba.. I was at a restaurant and had a fight with someone.." Shyam sighed.
Anjali gasped "Are you okay? I'll clean you up" Anjali went off to the kitchen getting a cloth and water.
Shyam sat down on the couch "I thought of the plan so smoothly.. It should of worked.." Shyam muttered.
Anjali came back sitting next to Shyam cleaning his face. Nani and Mami came and sat down on the couch looking at Shyam confused.
"Hello Hi Bye Bye! Shyam bitwa did you miss your mouth when eating?!" Mami laughed. Nani tried to keep her laughter in.
"Mamiji! Naniji! Shyamji was in a fight when in a restaurant.." Anjali scolded.
Arnav,Khushi and NK walked in, Khushi stopped to look around her, she was so happy to be home.
"Khushi!" Nani said surprised. Shyam immediately looked up at Khushi.
"Where have you been?" Nani asked walking up to Khushi.
"Naniji I.." Khushi didn't know what to say.
"Naniji Khushi was missing home so I took her there" Arnav said.
"I see go freshen up dinner is ready" Nani smiled.
Khushi nodded quickly going to her room. Arnav and NK smiled relieved their plan had worked, they looked over to a angry Shyam they grinned.
All the family were around the dinner table eating and talking happily. Khushi didn't know what to eat all the food was looking delicious. Arnav laughed slightly.
"Have a bit of everything Khushi" Arnav smiled.
Khushi smiled back taking bits and pieces.
After eating Khushi felt strange, she covered her mouth running to the bathroom.
The family stood up worried, apart from Arnav.
"Chotte! Khushiji is sick but your not going to her?" Anjali said surprised.
Arnav smiled "Di relax.. Khushi is pregnant."
The family gasped and squealed happily. Arnav went to the bathroom to help Khushi.
Later on they both came down and sat down with the family, Shyam sighed going to his room.
"I don't know what to do now.." Shyam had his head in his hands.
Downstairs, the mood was filled with happiness.
"We should do something to celebrate! New Years is very close and the news of Khushiji being pregnant!" NK suggested.
"I agree!" Anjali smiled.
"Yeah sure why not!" Arnav grinned staring at Khushi, they both hugged each other tight happy to be together once again.
Waheyy! Arnav and Khushi are back! A party to look forward to, Khushi being pregnant and the NK & Lavanya love story will carry on! 😃
