It has been a well established fact that Madhu is unaware of her own beauty/attractiveness to men. That is not something that has changed. In fact, I would argue that RK's betrayal, and the garbage he spouted at her- the fact that she was a chawl girl, the fact that she was unworthy etc, would have had a massive impact on her self-esteem! She's in a low place everyone! Though she does not show it, it is obvious that she still thinks about what RK says/does, and that his words always have an effect. A girl who is such a low place mentally and emotionally- you guys think she has the emotional awareness of attracting another person? I don't think so at all. I think Madhu is just trying to be a good person and genuinely does not think that whatever she is doing can be constructed as an invitation.
This part of your comment reminded me the unwedding drama and RK's caustic tongue which he unleashed on her. It made me hate him all over again.. You actually have a point!
I also found his dialogues very disgusting. And now I realize where she is coming from.
But she should take a lesson from RK's incident and try to mind her own business.
But instead she is involving herself in a bigger danger. One should learn from their mistakes. But she doesn't! All I ask from her is to realize that with all her honest intentions and good will kept aside, she needs to care for the well being of her family as well!' People who have supported her at every point, her mom who was actually going to jail for her sake!!
