guman heart attack?

if guman see the way her step son sanyas saras behaving with kumud, she would have a heart attack. 😆 she could be admitted in the hospital for few years if she has gone to coma after the shock so it would be one person less to separate samud. by the time she comes back from coma saras is probably married to kumud and has children who probably tell her," grannny you finally woke up" lol
