A lot of actors have vanished in thin air, in the past. One such actor is Manisha Koirala. Where is she? What has happened to her? The last time I checked, she was getting random offers here and there. The lady's talented and has a potential to carry a movie on her shoulders.

Her cancer left her devastated, especially with a broken marriage. What do you guys think? Should she return to doing movies?

P. S.: She shares her [exactly same] birthday with Saif Ali Khan - August 16, 1970. 😃

i think.. she didnt get any good offers coz of her weight.. n then beginning of 2000 they already had lara priyanka bebo.. so no one wanted her..

maybe im wrong.. but it might be coz of this..

Technically speaking, the careers of most B-town actresses slow down and decline within 10 years. Perhaps, she too was a victim of that. However, it's just becuz she chose to do stupid roles like Ek Chhoti Si Love Story and Chaahat Ek Nasha. That totally hindered her prospects of growing any further.

she is talented, no doubt...but she made wrong choices...bf, booze, bad scripts..which was all fine had she not neglected her career...then gained a lot of weight...plus her personal life was a mess too...she just lost the grip...she was so pretty...sigh sigh

finally she took control, started working in south movies (i think so), got very spiritual...but then was detected with ovarian cancer...her career is almost done now

Yeah, it was based on the whole Madonna-Britney Spears love angle. 😆

What are some of her memorable roles? I think she did complete justice to her roles in 1942 A Love Story, Khamoshi, Gupt, Dil Se and I Am.

Did she really have Cancer? 😲 I never knew...

I miss Manisha! She was so beautiful AND a great actress too. I remember first seeing her in Dil Se and I totally loved her. She did a movie with Sanjay and Ajay (?) a few years back- Mehbooba I think, was that her comeback film? That was a bad choice but I really hope she gets another chance, she was a really talented actress indeed!

Manisha made way too many wrong moves in her personal as well as professional life. But no doubt, she is a good actress. It's too late for her unless she chooses to do good character-driven roles like Juhi does.
