ami, this is a mega fan message. bet the boy read it too. and what a confession there. very nice, very alpha in tone. not this life? koi nahin, next life, reserved you are, samjhe aap? 🤣 i am trying to imagine his face as he reads these words. 😳

so, we have three people doing all sorts of very sane, considered, and prosaic things to get heard, seen (stop, that's it, we are all sober calm people here, remember 😆) by the barun. any other stories here? i am in a mood to swoon. 😳

standing O's ma dear for this magnificient peice...it up there in my favs from you for sure...an as you know there are many! I'm awe the way you have pulled this piece together and dove in deep to explain it all just right. It was a hard one for me to explaign i did my best but you nailed it! I love the pegion connection to the first epi and especiall the end with that brilliant edit of yours about how they're taking messages from eachother "kabootar jaa jaa jaa" from maine pyar kiya comes to mind. Also loved your connection with Khushi and that little girl, and yes i was thinking the same thing when he put his hand on her head, reminded me of that hospital scene, didn't think much of it, but you've gave it a great explanation :) and LOVED reading about the selflessness of my man 😃..very nicely put and supported.

take a bow Ms, i'm in love with this edit, some day teach me!

thank you so so much, my ami. always happy when you lau something i write so. yes, your next janam man is a selfless one, who knows maybe in his ad too. i fell for that little child device. in 82 i went on a bit about that. she was a great piece of writing. really.

that edit. thanks ya for liking. simple really. just did a collage of the bottom and top caps first. then played with top right and left caps, before adding the pictures to the collage with the add picture function. finally lay a visual of pigeons flying over it. pushed contrast and brightness till something said, yes, and that's it. i must try something new this weekend. this pixlr is quite a well thought out editor. my mind is a bit dull these days, learning something new is becoming desperately necessary. 😆

Episode 81-82: Lost and Found

Even the presence felt of each other at the temple in the start of this day had a different ring to it, with their presence they walked into an aspect of each other's life they will never turn back from. While the mood stays consistently solemn throughout as Arnav and Khushi relive the painful losses they endured, there is also a beautiful underlying of what they found in each other...this common loss will give them something to bond over, eventually granting access to parts of themselves never shared with anyone else.

On his way to the car with the pandit, ASR spots a precious little girl who's crying by herself. The scene starts with some amusing moments highlighting Arnav's obvious discomfort with kids (which apearently disappeared with Aarav later😡). "ky kya hua? (wh what happened) " he looks around in hopes of finding someone close to her, no luck "tumhare mummy papa kaha hai (where are your parents)?"

Arnv never disliked kids. Their sharart used to bother him, coz he was a laconic introvert. But his family members wrongly interpreted it.When Arav came, he was already a changed man.Khushi completely transformed him by that time.

A cute little voice weeping voice "dad's in the hospital, mom is crying", he offers her a hanky, she makes full use of it , he is grossed out ...he has been enduring this tummy churning feeling alot lately😉

"my friend told me, if i come here and free a pigeon, papa will be okay)...par mere paas to sirf 10 rupay hai (but i only have 10 rupees)"

Kabootar? (a pegion?) Arnav not one to normally believe in this sort of stuff, but this little girls wish to save her father touched something in him, especially today he is ultra emotional about parents...if only he could've saved his mom that day by freeing a pigeon

You just said it!👏

Khushi who is also at the temple to pray for her father health to get better decided to add the pegion mannat to better her chances. Her fear of losing her father for the second time was apparent in this scenes long before he was sent to the hospital, as she kept looking over to him, she would also do anything not to lose him. To her dismay, she learns a guy purchased all of the pigeons! "How selfish!" she thought, just then she heard the flapping of wings, dozens of them fly up high, taking the mannat closer to the powers above, while the little girl jumps with joy clapping her hands. Khushi is ecstatic for her "Atleast she got what she wanted"

beautiful description!👏

It was heartbreaking to see ASR stand there like a statue, I wished some of this freedom for him, freedom from the painful past

khushi will come to extricate him from his pain.

the little girl tugs the side of his suit, "uncle uncle" and he turns around leaving khushi blinking to clear her eyes in disbelief.

He kneels down and takes the shades off for the little girl but symbolically his ASR shell comes off to reveal his true self to Khushi unknowingly, after all "the eyes are the window to ones soul"

"is this all for my dad?" the sweet voice asks,

"haan beta (aaawww) ...yes dear" he softly replies

"what about your mom and dad?" she innocently asks

A slew of emotions goes through Arnav before looking at her again and gesturing "nothing"...nothing can be done. as they say children are a form of God, she puts her hand over his face to console him with a sweet smile, and the effectiveness of this sweet gesture shows on his face right away "aap bahut aacche hai (you're really nice!)" she declares...He leans to her at her request, and she thanks him with a sweet kiss on the cheek...adorable! and lucky little girl!

sure indeed! gosh we are crack pot, jealous of a little girl!

"Thank you uncle!" As the little girl leaves, he stands up and the shades go back on..

all the while Khushi stood shocked and moved with a smile on her face by what she saw. it this really him the laad govorner? the rakshas? "usse waise hi hona chahiye jaise woh dikhta hai na?...uska asli roop to kuchh aur hi hai (Shouldn't a person be like how they look? his real face is something else" She later tells Payal, adding to her confusion about this man trying to figure out if he is "acchha ya bura" (good or bad)...at least she recognizes his "asli roop (real face)"

LOVE these pics as with the red chunri, that screams marriage, their future union, Today this "tar"(string that binds them) is about to get stronger.

Khushi developed a soft spot for her laad governor after seeing him like this, and its evident right away at the RM when she makes an insensitive remark, under the wrong impression that atheist Arnav was sitting in some big puja. She eats her words fast when Anjali brings the pic of their mom and dad,

Khushi sometimes makes very superficial remarks. When she was so enamored to see Arnav's kind gesture in the mandir, she shouldn't pass those comments.

she feels terrible and with the way she saw him at the temple, she knew he was hurting. He storms past her when she tries to apologized the first time,

she goes to his room to try again. It's an emotional day for him and the difficulty of all of this was written all over his face, he picks up something to pretend read.

"You're eyes are just like your mom's" she hits a chord...no one gets to talk about his mom and especially not her who is being fake and doesn't understand, he doesn't want to deal with this right now "yahan se jaao please (Go from here please)!" he begs her. She felt his pain, and wanted to sympathies with him, "hum samaj sakte hai ki iss waqt aapko kaisa lag raha hai (I can understand how you're feeling right now)"...he snaps at her sympathy.

"Kya samajh saki ho tum? bolo kya samajh sakti ho? pata hai kaisa lagta hai jab apni haathon apni maa ko agni dete? Kaisa lagta hai jab apne maa baap ko jala kar ghar waapis aaten hai? Kaisa lags ja uss ghar mein phir kadam rakten hai jahan woh waapis kabhi nahi aayenge, kais lagta hai jab sab kehten ki woh samaj te hai, lekin KOI KUCHH NAHI SAMAJHTA!!!"

Translation: "you under stand? tell me what do you understand? do you know what its like to cremate your parents with your own hands? How it feel when you come home after? how it feels to come back into the house where they'll never be back? how it feels when everyone says they understand but NOONE UNDERSTANDS ANYTHING!!..

The wounds were fresh as ever, it's like a day hadn't gone by since he lost his parents...especially his beloved mom. He poured his heart out in front of her, the one he despises, may have never spoke like this to anyone after that day. Not only did Khushi listen but she felt every single word that came out of him, he took her right to the day she lost her parents where she had gone through the same horrible experience at only 8 yrs old. The tear show no sign of stopping

"iss liye dobara mere saamne aakar yeh mat kehna ki tum samajh sakit ho mein kya mehsoos kar raha hoon...apne aasoon mujh par waste karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai, tumhari ye saadgi naani par kaam karti hai mujh par nahi"

Translation: "..so don't come to me again and tell me that you understand, don't waste you're tears on me, your simplicity works on Nani but not me"

Out of habit, when hurt, he must go overboard and insult her status "don't think that just because you sympathies with me i'll raise your salary, now get out!"..he drives her out and shuts the door..shuts her out.

when he gets angry, he loses his sanity and tells something which he doesn't mean. And he always does it with Khushi. But repent later.

One of the most memorable line delivery from Barun, out of many. The way he delivers it, you can feel the agni in his hands, and he makes you live through the act of cremating his parents and then he makes you feel the emptiness when coming home without them, lastly his resentment about people who claim to understand, roars through us as he raises his voice at the perfect pitch...What do you call an actor who not only makes you feel, but walks you through exactly what his character is feeling? the word "brilliant" doesn't cut it sometimes.

Barun is beyond excellence. He is an innate actor!

Out of all the hurtful words he has said to her, these stung the most. She runs downstairs where she's summoned by Naniji...once again Nani includes Khushi in things that family members do. Khushi hesitated at first but saw that she needed help. She goes to the mandir to get the ganga jal, Arnav make things worse here as he snags the stuff from her gives her no chance to properly explain..He reminds her that only people of the family prepare for the shraad

"aaj ka din mere liye bahut important hai, aur aaj ke din mujhe tumhari shakkal dekhni pade, yeh mujhe bilkul pasand nahin hai...(Today is a really important day for me and if i have look at your face today, i don't like that at all)"every time he says he doesn't want to see her face, he always regrets saying it. "you'll have plenty of moments to impress Nani with, but not today, get out!" when he gets started there is no stopping him, then again both like to accuse each other of false things when angry. he stood there feeling the pain of all the tears in her eyes, they always make a difference, no matter how angry he is at her.

Now it's his turn to get see her without her shades, he catches his sister consoling Khushi, he over hears Anjali ask if this barsi ambiance was reminding her of her parents.

Right then he knew what a mistake he made, "what else can we do Anjaliji, those who pass on, no matter how much we call them, they don't come back, only their memories come" ...it hits him, she lost her parents also "yeh maine kya kar diya? mujhe iss tarah baar nahi karni chahiye thi (what did i do? i shouldn't have talked to her like this)" he has to talk to her but is distracted by JP, he lost her.

Love the scenes of his searching high and low for her. he even asks JP for her who informs she left. Just then he catches a glimpse of her, and thinks back to Anjali consoling this innocent face, she's also an orphan, she really can understand him, it finally sinks in. He tries to catch her before she leaves, but, not meant to be today...besides he's gonna need the extra day to practice apologizing.

Everyone is gathered at the puja, except Shyaam, again Arnav thinks the best of him and tells Anjali he'll be here. Couldn't help but notice the fondness with which a mother was remembering her daughter, Nani's strength shows through here with the slight smile he has when she could've easily been crying a river...just love the subtleness.

the whole ambiance was solemn and full of melancholy!

During the puja, with his eyes shut, once again he relives that awful day, his helpless fist closes in response.

just then, the flowered necklace on his mom's side falls...surely his mom feels the pain of her son, maybe this is her sign telling him to let it go, but the pain it too deep he just can't. Loved with the amount of care he put the necklace back on her.

Other favorite highlights

- Anjali hanging up on Shyaam, GO ANJALI!!!

-Shashi's eyes watching Shyaam like hawk and making him nervous as hell, he knows this old man can't be sweet talked...it's funny watching Shyaam get flustered with his questioning.

sashiji is scrutinizing his every moves with keen eyes.

DROOL CORNER!!!!!!!!!!!! (Hotwa in shadewa again)

❤️ the way he takes care of his mom ❤️❤️❤️ awww

Hotwa in white makes me insane.

I would say that is the start of the, "Saga of changes in mighty ASR". It started with saying sorry, and the list includes but not limited to putting payal on Khushi, Dancing in Teri meri, playing holi and drinking bhang, eating gol gappe, legendary love confession, epic proposal. and the list goes on. Really love can reduce you to do anything. Arnav ji - whose Tej dimag he himself was proud of is finding something difficult. Guess what it is- saying sorry. Now why did he start to think of even that?

  1. I think he was conscious because of his Tej dimag. Guess Mom had given him signs that she knew of his feeling about Khushi. After all Khushi was around when he was putting flowers on their picture for Barsi, and he interfered in Khushi bringing gangajal. Both of these things were not properly handled in the prayer, the flower fell off and the gangajal dropped. So Tej dimag ASR must be thinking Mom was upset.😳
  2. He saw that Anjali felt better after Shyam said sorry to her. So he went that night infront of his trees to feel close to Mom and asked her-,"Is that what you want Mom". Mom must have felt better. So if you think your mom really wants something you do it. 👍🏼
  3. He tries to become the 14 years old boy his mom had left back. A 14 year old does need to practice a speech in front of the mirror for a difficult presentation in front of someone they care a lot.👏
  4. So first he is nervous that the person has come. (Stupid people- they do not even know what we have guessed that uss ladki for ASR means Khushi). Of course first step failure. Then in an ASR way took the easy way out- telephone.😉 Guess it was not easy- he hung up thrice not to mention had to hear being a telephone romeo from Khushi.👎🏼
  5. When he saw Khushi, in the midst of Rabba vey was thinking-" You know what I want to say- just understand I want to say sorry. OK mission failure because La interrupted.👎🏼
  6. He goes to the party he had vehemently refused to go to say sorry. Then again he becomes ASR when Khushi does not accept Mom's Arnav. Then he goes to find her in the party and outside and said sorry after Khushi told him how her parents died. He would not have found it easy unless Khushi had told her about her parents becoming stars and how she sleeps with stars. 🤗
  7. Pondering point is Arnav remembered in details and took to heart each and every word she said there and accepted it. He made sure he never made her miss her parents. He remembered she is afraid of fast cars and so even when he was dropping her off to her parents for pag phere and he was very upset he did not speed up. He remembered the stars on top of her bed represented her parents, so he never once told her to remove them, and when she removed them he knew both times something was terribly wrong, as if her parents want to tell him something. He did the 3D projection of Universe to make her close to her parents.

In the end when Arnav and Khushi looked visibly upset, I was not surprised. After all for the first time they have run towards each other for their love. They did something to show, "Muhabbat paas le aaye" rather then "Muhabbat door jaane na de." Arnav was having a difficult task and asked Khushi for help and Khushi helped him. They acted like true partners. I would give the credit to Arnav and Khushi's parents. After all they did find a common ground- loss of both parents on the same day. He was mean with her on his parent's death anniversary and he asked sorry under the stars. After all even the bashers united can not disagree that ARSHI thoroughly respected their in-laws.

Really love can reduce you to do anything, and if parents are at your side- You can overcome every problem in a relationship seems to get solved easily.

samin,

not highlighting... the whole post is gorgeous and gives perspective. this time around, even i am feeling the parents' especially his mother's presence quite clearly.

telephone romeo 🤣. well romeo i guess he had to be, of some kind.

thanks so much. good to see the colours.

sharp writing, a very different actor, real comedy, four memorable scenes, all this in a 20-minute episode of a daily soap. some days i feel very lucky.

i'll start with the shortest scene.
he called jp, jp. is this the first time? oh it's cute. but what comes next is one for the books.

after much preparation, he starts his apology in a stern voice... "mujhe tumse kuch baat karni hai..." i need to talk to you about something.

"jo bolna hai boliye, sahab... ab toh adat si pad gayi hai," say whatever you have to, sir... now it's become a sort of habit to listen (to complaints/harsh words). hapless, male voice answered... in resigned submission.

someone go hug the dialogue boys. a whole culture and a commentary on the everyman's life in that one sentence. a delivery that is so neat, tickles the funny bone, yet touches the heart too somewhere. while you laugh, a part of you says, oh i know this guy and i've done this to him at some point, i think. this unknown actor gets my respect for capturing a whole personality in a moment, one scene, two lines. i can see his sharp tongued wife, his three kids, and his ironing board beside a heap of clothes in a tiny little tenement in one of the jhuggi jhopri colonies of delhi somewhere.

"tum kaun ho?? aur yahan kya kar rahe ho?" who are you and what are you doing here, all his pent up tension releases in surprised, shocked yelling (where there's asr there's got to be some of that).

"main banwari... aapka dhobi," i'm banwari, your washerman.

ah, the lord is here again. another name of krishna bears the washerman, the ipk ankh micholi continues. krishna is never too far from the moment. either he strides it in the form of slither shyam, or sweet nk, or mohan the driver, or hai re nand kissore the call, or in khushi's fantasy of bankelalji, of course, as bal gopal, and radha's krishna, and now as banwari.

the writers had a great time doing this krishna thing. i wonder why. well, it adds a dimension to the story, and makes you think, good enough reasons i guess. who are you? i am banwari, your lord.

maybe that's what happened, krishna gave asr a visit, before he went off to fight a terrible battle. with himself. arjuna and his charioteer. in fact, at the beginning of the episode the ultimate liar had brought us a glimpse of the ultimate truth... "dhan aur man chanchal hai, mrityu satya hai." wealth and the mind are restless, death is true. death is the only certainty in this life krishna had told arjuna in that brilliant dialogue between the two in the geeta. well, bad or not, his name was shyam and some good, however unintentionally, he had to do. writers never cease to amaze me.

as he stood there disconcerted and seething, di came hurrying in and asked, "chhotey, kya hua, kya kiya banwariji ne?" chhotey, what happened? what did banwariji do? till now i was clutching pillow and laughing, at this i just hooted. what a fabulous final pirouette. reminded me of the classic old kishore kumar and mehmood movies with a punch of pulp fiction in it. yeah, what did banwariji do, chhotey?

next, a scene i could happily do without, but it was an instance of good writing, smooth, nothing forced, taking the story to where you want it to go.

anjali for once is not to be mollified. in fact she picks a fight over this constant absence of his, words lead to words till he yells at her, so what should i do, nothing? hang around you 24 hours?

and with this, the screenplay takes interesting steps toward one of ipk's most memorable interludes. asr in the throes of getting an unthinkable word out of his mouth: sorry.

but for that, first we must see slither sliming around his gullible rani sahiba, making her accept his apology before the entire family. in my effort to not look at el creepo, ugh in romantic cutesie vein, my eyes darted to all other corners of the screen. and the sweetest peeping in by fam was on. nani, mami, akash, no one paid any heed to their privacy, and why should they, slither wanted all the attention anyway. the ladli daughter of the house, everyone wanted her happy. and he wanted to turn that to his advantage. so made sure peep show wasn't curtailed, taking it all the way to lifting her up in front of everyone.

of course, i wondered why chhotey didn't rush to di's rescue. don't tell me he was being sensitive, giving his banished jijaji a chance to be di's caretaker. and while pondering thsi i noticed the sweetest peeper of all. ah, the newspaper boys, has a prop ever been better used.

say those three little words. wha!!! anjali looks startled and embarrassed, in front of everyone!... ah the cleverness (shudder), he means... "jao, maaf kiya," there, forgive you.

work done. shatir writing. as asr watches this elaborate mea culpa, forgive me scene, his eyes stir, he's remembering things, realisation dawning.

two thoughts come back. buaji saying the night he went to insult khushi with money, "pehle itna sunaya, aur phir maafi maangne..." and he cut in, "arnav singh raizada kabhi kissise maafi nahin mangta..." buaji: first, you insult, then you come to seek forgiveness-" he: "arnav singh raizada never seeks forgiveness from anyone."

(digression: sorry is important in many belief systems. among the jewish people, every year, on the day of atonement/yom kippur, you seek maafi from everyone you know. it is meant to be given, cleansing both receiver and giver. and strangely enough, as someone passes away, you give forgiveness to that person. again, something to do with lightening and cleansing the departing spirit, i guess.)

asr also remembered telling her the most hurtful words that finally broke her: today is an important day for me, and today to have to see your face is not something i like. he realises he has pushed everything too far. he had no idea she was an orphan and was flying of the handle, somewhere taking out his angst on the one he felt he had a right over, of course, why he had no idea. and anger is an issue with the man, he just can't control it, especially when his immense and intense hurt converts to rage and gushes out of him. rampant, wild, out to burn all in its path.

tiny eye movements. what's cookin', asr?

morning brings resolve, and we are at the scene which made me respect this actor for something completely different... not his acting, nor his looks. in fact, the reverse.

below may be the dishiest shot of a man in a mirror. but i don't think many actors would allow it. what the camera doesn't notice that much, the mirror picks and magnifies instantly. relentlessly. look at him, the downward drag at the right side of his lips clearly visible. his one major defect in features many might say. and this young man is at the beginning of his career really at this point... shravan has become popular but not hugely so, asr is becoming a phenomenon, his fan base consists of girls who are majorly into his looks. how many actors playing a romantic lead would be comfortable with a shot where they're looking less than perfect? he not only is comfortable, he performs fabulously while looking at himself, flaw visible, and touches me deep. this actor deserves to succeed. so much of himself he gives.

confession: i find hotwa utterly so in all his mirror shots. the lips as much a thing that is fascinatingly him as his scar on lid. maybe barun knows this too, having affected several girls no doubt in his life, but still it is a risk. salaam to the man for taking it.

apology cookin', good lookin'? a determined asr, focused on job at hand, bone structure accentuated in the reflected image, and in bright green an absolute...

"dekho meri baat suno, kal ghar mein jo bhi hua wo..." er stuck. see listen to me... whatever happened at home yesterday...

no, no you can do it. he keeps trying to get it going. i mean tumne... stop, rattle... matlab... kal jo bhi hua, mai usske liye (yeah boy, you are there i knew it, you can) m...ma...

he is helpless. but he tries, again and again. barun flawless in performance. funny yet strangely touching. this ability to evoke layered response again and again, beautiful. very often sanaya hits the same note.

this is doable. "sirf... sorry kehna hai. bahut asan hai..." only got to say sorry... it's very easy... he's struggling, almost breaking into cold sweat.

"asr!" a smiling la enters. and in seconds, she goes "sorry sorry sorry." he's nonplussed. how do these guys do it?

he is in his own world and unthinking toward her, pretty rude really. la would often accept this off hand, uncaring behaviour. right from the beginning. why i wonder. is this love? or is this determination? or did la see her mom getting treated this way at home and to some extent thought it was normal. really his behaviour at this point was pretty bad. in season 2 he better say sorry to la properly. and to banwari too.

my next scene is from the evening before.

khushi sits forlorn on the steps outside, hands folded, pleading with the eternal, not to take her babuji away. she couldn't handle this loss of parents a second time. hand on her shoulder signals the entry of her saviour at this moment, jiji. if asr had di gather him into her arms and help him return the night before, tonight it's khushi's elder sibling doing that for her beloved younger one.

she's terribly close to her parents. even amma, not a word against her from anyone will she tolerate. not buaji, not dadi, not asr, nobody. this anchoring of khushi's part of who she is. she is not all of herself without them and will do anything for them. in that, a similarity again with asr. anything for di. right at the end, even put up with the man who lusted after his wife, kidnapped him, lied, cheated, stole. all for di. without her in his life, he doesn't feel complete somehow.

payal is a capable jiji, she always knows how to reassure khushi. she takes the conversation to lightness. "batao tumhara aaj ka din kaisa raha," tell me, how was your day. oh, wasn't it thanks to payal that khushi met asr in the first place?

as her question slipped out, it happened again. two star gazers got connected just on those words.

she remembered him saying no one understands anything and looked up at the sky, thinking of her parents, his, no one understanding, so much... segue beautifully to him standing by the poolside, also looking up. there at the sky.

the sky which will help them speak to each other one day by telepathy. the conversation has perhaps already started taking shape. on the day of the tut-ta hua tara; and now, the night of looking for a ray of light while the darkness of loss grips you and you fancy there's something, something in those stars up there.

why do we always look up i wonder when seeking answers. he recalls he'd said, never to tell him again that she understood, and then di asking her if she missed her parents. she understood alright, just that the smiling, nutty, prank laden khushi hid it so well.

the fourth scene.
he hears woh ladki who comes to train lavanya, you know uss khushi, won't be coming today. what? not coming? cut her pay... she doesn't get salary to take leave. asr needs some education in labour laws clearly. but for now i am too enamoured of the man on the phone (pronounced khushi's way with soft ph sound) so will go on morcha later. ridiculously cute conversation, not a word comes out. this is the brave, shatir, indomitable, master of all he surveys, ok you get the point, asr. and he is completely done in by one word.

"sorry toh bolna hai. itna difficult bhi nahin hai." sorry i will say, not that difficult. ah well. the time the poor guy is about to open his mouth after the courageous blank call, some nice tightwa comes careening from uss ladki. sanaya just too good in these scenes, eyes flashing, tongue lashing, choti flying, even babuji looks up in astonishment at the out of nowhere tirade against who knows whom.

"ghar mein ma behen ma behen nahin hai kya
..." don't you have mother and sister at home, a very popular hindi dialogue, usually flung at lafangas/louts in buses and things. don't think asr's ever got that one. has to disconnect, barun brill at this affront.

"phone kat diya!!"
indignant, she bangs down the phone.

but suddenly an awareness, something is triggered, a magic twirl of rabba vey like fairy dust circles around the two, both in their own homes. separate, yet somehow together. arnav aur khushi ek doosre se kabhi alag nahin ho sakte.
in the middle of high comedy, a sudden leap into emotion, and its funny tug. so ipk.

and was it my imagination, or the opening scenes where she sits with her dad, thinking of asr suffering at the loss of his parents... while the prayers go on, there was a suggestion that a part of her was also there, the one with which she was thinking of him. clever clever makers.

sorry, for the rather long post. i have rambled.

Thanks dear!! loved all of your comments, i'm glad you liked :) about Arnav with kids, i totaly agree that he didn't not like them but he was uncomfortable around them and this was consistent with Babli (don't want to think of that track) ..anyhew, i just felt that just because he's not as angry and grouchy doesn't mean he starts to mesh well with kids right away, i wish he gradually warmed up to Aarav instead of being buddy buddy right away...i would've been nice to see him as a dad to a baby, holding it in his arms for the first time...esp a baby girl..awww. LOL yah, we're jealous of that little girl...what does that say about us..character dheela?? atleast i'm no alone

btw, i'm looking for your 81/82/83, didn't see it in my PM would you mind sending me the links pleej!!
