Sorry to say but if Iccha does so, i mean in case she willingly give her heart, its her nonsense mind not Tappo's fault. Iccha is the most unrealistic character in television history till date and i really feel pity of her character. I mean its all her decisions and i feel everyone is responsible for his or her life n destiny somehow!! n if CVs are showing iccha going to die after accident n then giving her heart, its not her Uttaran, its not that she is sacrificing her life, she is dying either ways. Trust me these days both Iccha n Meethi give me headache!!!
In reality,heart donation is done only if the person who is donating or his close family member agrees for it..So in any case Icha or Veer must agree for this condition..This means they can't take her heart unwillingly which means to organ theft..Hence the result is rupali will succeed in showing Icha giving uttaran to Tappu😡😡😡..
