The famous showdown

It was a long time coming, the much awaited showdown between Avantika and Rubel. I was SO happy to see the strict and powerful Avantika back!! I really do love her so much.

The way she slapped him right in the face and dragged him by the arms in front of everyone.. CLASSIC. It shows no matter how rude and mighty you act, you will always get what you rightfully deserve.

I paused the scene when replaying it on my computer and it happened to stop at this still.. I think it's so bold and so perfect. There is power and strength radiating from both ends. Well done Manasi and Khush!



This scene too I love so much. I love how Pankuri and Avantika have united as a team to bring justice to their husband and son. Love the relationship between them <3

Couldn't agree more, i love seeing Avantika in this roop. It suites her more than her played down/toned down self she's been lately. Great post!! 👏

Loved loved loved it ! And te best part about avantika is she never goes biased or dramatic! When she rebuked rubel for lighting cigarette ... See how she doesn't go sati-savitri types screeching "ghor paap... How dare you ... You hall rot in hell for this sin" because she herself too is not a big bhakt!
She very practically said ok! You don't believe in holy stuff. Fine but respect other people's feelings who don't like this ! 👏
Reminds me when she very straightly told Sheila about how she shouldn't have given rubel a car as he is adapted to US - right lane- rules ! Rather than being opportunistic and taunting Maami about "what she taught rubel...you spoil your son blah blah ! " 😎 which Mami mama always do in comparing adi's faults to rubel ! 😡
She truly shows she is a class above in all means !

Avantika was fab in that episode, her anger and disgust with Rubal's behaviour was spot on. She was already so pissed off with the way he behaved with her son and when she saw him like that, she just flipped!!!! The slap was much needed, and wouldn't have complained if she added another few lol. And with the aggression and angst she pulls him with her bare hands was fantastically acted and directed!!!! Manasi is such a small frame but she still pulled it off.

And I so agree, I really loved it that they didn't show Avantika giving a 10 page lecture. Her to the point dialogues were so effective! And the best thing is she doesn't make herself come across as some Mahaan character, she knows she is flawed too and readily admits that! But at the same time she will but will put her foot down when she see's malice.

Both actors have good chemistry, so I am looking forward to their battles.

This is the beginning😊 There are certainly more clashes to follow. Rubal is using the Holi function to get in the way of Pankhuri & Aditya. This is certainly not going to be overlooked by Avantika
