To be honest I have never found her sexy or hot at all, at least not for many years...

To me, she looked like a slightly less annoying version of Kunika from Beta (1992).

I honestly thought they were related when I first saw her.

But when I watched Namastey London in the cinema, during one of the songs where she wears a pink punjabi outfit, I thought she looked cute when she smiled.

The next few years I thought she was overrated. In films like Race, Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani, Welcome, Singh Is Kinng etc

But when Sheila Ki Jawani came out - I found her sexy for the first time. She worked so hard and it paid off. Those dance moves were everything!

Since then I think she's getting hotter for sure. That song from Ek Tha Tiger she looks amazing and Jab Tak Hai Jaan - the dance song - omg who else could have done it that well? No one at all. But in Saans I hated her outfits and makeup. I'm sure she's gonna look hotter than she ever has in Dhoom 2.

So to answer the question - I think she's still getting hotter.. and she'll get hotter in her 30s, like Aishwarya.
