I think it's after he promises her that they will go and see the doctor to see if there is any other solution, though am not very much sure 😆

Yash is putting Aarti to sleep because it's 12 in the night and Aarti was still working (ironing clothes) so Yash tells Aarti to go to sleep. Also he says that she looks upset to give him all her troubles, then he jokes and asks if she wants him to sing a lullaby 😊😊😊😉
