what is there behind this name that RK got shocked...that is something related to RK's past life...bittuji also knows this name...may be when RK will tell him he will also get a good shock and tension both to RK & Bituji... may be that will bring fear for mathu's well-being in RK's mind though madhu knows sultan is not like that...bhujang will take advantage of this situation... lets us see
