Jai SiyaRama. In today's episode, they have not shown the context of Kabandha rakshas. He was actually Danu Gandharv whom Maharishi Sthulshira cursed. Thus, he became rakshas & used to eat all animals of the forest with his long arms. I hope, they will show it on next episode. Jai SiyaRama.

There's a Rig Vedic verse about Shri Ram killing Kabandh.

Goes something like, "Lord of all creation, creator of all worlds, has killed Kabandh, drenching Earth with blood, as if Varun has drenched a barley field with rains."
