Episode 73!!!!
Khushi and Lavanya are breaking beans (I think), and Khushi is continuing her story about marriage. Lavanya is getting tired of the fact that Khushi always ends her stories with marriage. But Khushi says shes only starting the story with marriage. Lavanya is maha annoyed. Nani and Anjali come and asks what Khushi is doing. Khushi told them, and then Nani asks when Khushi will teach Lavanya sewing. Khushi excitedly asks "Chikan?" to which Lavanya quietly wonders if they're allowed chicken in this house. Mami comes, and explains what chikan is. Khushi asks to be excused for a moment. Mami ji makes a comment that khushi has been here for too long and is now too free…Nani then said Manorama!!!
In another part of the RM, Arnav is in the middle of a meeting when some guy with a tan suit's phone rings. Everyone in the meeting exchanges glances, when the man finally finds his phone and switches it off (I am like that when that happens to me in class…I know where my phone is but I am in tension to shut it off…it is like a puzzle to turn off at that moment) Arnav reprimands him and tells him that his phone should be on silent, but continues the meeting. Khushi stands near the meeting, and smirks. She grabs the house phone and dials Arnav's number!! Arnav is explaining something when another phone goes off. This time to a very loud rendition of a Bollywood song, Jalebi Bai!!!! (that's my jam). He belatedly realizes it's his phone, and switches it off. He is fuming. I loved the guy's reation in the tan suit…bechara was trying so hard not to laugh. Khushi smirks, and leaves. Arnav escorts his business partners out, and walks back towards the women. He asks who called him, and Anjali asks if that was his phone. He glares, and the women smirk and laugh. Mami makes a comment, and Nani accuses Mami of liking songs like Character Dheela – it suits her personality. Mami bristles, and says she only likes bhajans & ketans… and begins singing (that cracked me up)
Arnav is maha pissed off, and said he's going to freshen up. Anjali asks Jai Prakash to get Arnav's shoes and some juice for him. Khushi hears that, and slips away. Arnav is still there, glaring, until he decides to leave.
He walks towards his room, and Khushi walks out, passing Arnav in the hallway with a slightly shocked expression. Arnav just glares and walks into his room. Khushi makes faces as she walks down the stairs, and imitates Arnav's walking style.
Back at GuptaHouse, Payal is outside when Akash comes. She is shocked, and softly asks what he's doing there. He becomes silent, and just stares at her, entranced. The mechanic guy was saying the car will take a few days to fix and akash is like perfect…payal was like confused. Akash asks if Khushi got back alright, and stumbles on his words… Payal just looks curiously at him, and she smiles softly. He eventually leaves. (what bothered me is that she offers to bring him water and did not invite him in…that would be a little logical to me).
At RM, the ladies have trooped to the dining room, where Lavanya is about to serve herself. Khushi quickly takes her aside and says that she needs to serve everyone before she eats herself. Lavanya complains that Jai Prakash is there to serve everyone, but Khushi says it'll look better if Lavanya serves. Lavanya just grumbles, and Khushi takes the dish and passes it to Nani. Suddenly a squelching sound is heard. All the women look curiously to where it's coming from. It's coming from Arnav, who's walking towards them. Arnav is walking looking at his phone (okay how ridiculus is that…arnav cannot feel his shoe is wet…does he not have feeling in his feet…if I have one drop of water in my shoe, I am uncomfortable) They all look at his feet and arnav is like What….arnav looks down and notices his shoes are wet…and was like what the…jp came and said it was juice…all the ladies are laughing…Anjali said oh it is juice I thought your childhood habit came back…khushi and everyone was laughing…he looked at khushi laughing and khushi stopped…the family makes fun of him more and then he walks off angrily.
La and mami are talking and la was wondering how to win nani over…and mami suggests using laxmi…in the living room…la asks nani if she can watch laxmi…nani was like why…la said that you are right I need love in my life and when I think of love laxmi came to my mind (really???) khushi and anjali's face was priceless…nani was like okay I will give you a week. Khushi said she has to go…and she told la that she will come tomorrow…la said that she does not care, she has a plan to win nani over (oh boy??)…khushi walks off and She sees akash daydreaming and walking…akash accidentally called her payal and khushi was like payal is at home…akash was like my bad…I got confused for a second…khushi thought nothing of this and leaves (SMH).
In arnav's room he is wondering how he shoe got juice in it..and then he realized the same person who changed his phone must of done it (Yay his Harvard brain is working)…then akash said that the car will take a few days to fix…and said that they found some sugary substance in the fuel tank…arnav is wondering how it got there…he put two and two together and realized it is khushi's plan and idea…now he will teach her a lesson…What will arnav do to khushi??? I for one is scared for her
