PART 72

She ran to her room but as she entered the room she saw the lights of the outhouse on, and without even being aware what she was doing she ran out of her room and fled to the outhouse.

She did not understand that what she wants, she loved him and had no doubts about it, but at the same time she knew that Maan did not love her, he was attracted towards her as he had no lady in his life at present. He followed his DM's orders blindly, and if DM asked him to marry her, he will.

But this was not she wanted, she had already been once married to Dev as per her parents wish, and what had happened. Not that she doubted Maan, he was a gentleman and will always respect her, care for her and above all he loves Angle as his own daughter. But what about his love for her, will he be able to love her; no this is not possible, when he was not able to love Sameera Di who was his friend; how can he love her, who is nothing.

She searched for him, she needed to see him, she will look at him from a distance and leave, she slowly went to the gym, and she could hear the whoosh sounds as his hands may be cutting the air.

She silently peeped through the door and saw his back facing her, he was sweaty, his black vest was pasted to his skin due to sweat, she looked intently at him, her mind asked her to go back but her heart requested for a minute more, single minute slowly turned into several minutes. She slowly sat down watching him do his exercise.

On the other hand, as soon as she peeped in he sensed her presence and continued his exercise waiting for her to depart; he did not have courage to face her in this weak moment. He waited and waited and finally gave up when she settled down to sit on the floor, her knees were bent and she was hugging them, her head a little tilted towards him and resting on her knees, she was looking so adorable.

He looked at her from corner of his eyes, he noticed her eyes, and those big hazels were misty, as if she has been crying for a while. He could not hold back and went to her

He stood in front of her; she straightened and suddenly stood upright looking at the floor as if searching for something hidden in the floor pattern

M: Geet

G: um

M: what are you doing here?

G: nothing

M: are you not feeling sleepy?

G: no

M: will you like a cup of tea or something cold?

G: tea

M: OK you go to the sitting I will just change and prepare a cup f tea for you

G: OK

He turned to leave but sensed that she was still rooted to her place

M: do you want to tell me something?

G: no

M: ask me something?

G: no

M: something is bothering you

G: yes

M: what?

G: why don't you get married?

M: WHAT!!!

G: yes, why don't you just find a girl and marry her?

M: Geet are you OK? I know DM cannot be worried about my marriage

G: she is

M: OK she is, you may be right, but at present you should rest and prepare for your departure, rather than worrying about my marriage you should worry about your packing

G: I know what I have to do

M: tomorrow we will go for shopping and get you a complete new wardrobe for your new free life.

G: you are not listening to me

Tears were flowing from her eyes

M: don't do this to me Geet

He wiped her tears and kissed her eyes one by one, then slowly kissed her cheek and then sealed her lips, the kiss was very slow and soothing, after a while Geet came to her senses and withdrew, he understood and cupped her face, she lowered her eyes and stepped back.

G: I know you ate attracted to me

He was shocked

G: but it's just physical, once you find a girl you will love, this attraction will fade

He looked at her with confusion

G: and DM is misinterpreting this, she just suggested me that we should get married

He was too shocked he stumbled and she mistook it

G: I know what you feel for me, but I assure you I will never use Angle as a tool to get something I am not worth of, I know you don't love me, and

He could not take anymore and kept his finger on her lips, she instantly stopped blabbering

M: I am, you want me to find a girl, OK, then you do one thing, while you are at Jaipur search for a girl you think will match me, then maybe I will also like her and marry her

She nodded and told herself Dekha Geet tu sahi thi he is just attracted to you physically, just how easily he agreed for your proposal

While he thought it's not me Geet but when you will find someone of your age you will know that I am nothing but a jerk, I am not worth you Geet

no juttas for me please, try to understand these two confused souls... I know I have mixed this beautiful passionate moment of their kissing with confusion but look at the silver lining, he kissed her not only on eyes but cheek and also her lips😳 bye till the next update
