Is aarti still pregnant?

I mean its been more than 3-4 months they talked about being pregnant and they still do sometimes. But the questions is when are they going to show her mommy tummy? it doesn't seem like at all if she is pregnant. The director should start thinking about her character of being pregnant now at least! They dont show any signs at all.😕
