Viren walked inside the room and he saw Armaan standing up. Veera was half asleep and very drowsy. She was a little freaked out as Viren was finally going to meet her boyfriend. Armaan was petrified as well.
viren - "Hi, I'm Viren. I'm guessing you're Armaan"
a - "Yeah, nice to meet you finally"
viren - "Same here. So you don't have any classes today or did you decide to skip it to come here?"
veera - "Excuse my retarded brother. I think he himself forgot I had to come to the hospital to get admitted today" she said in a shaky and shivery voice.
j - "Hey Armaan, how are you doing?"
a - "I'm great, thanks" he said in a more calm voice to Jeevika
j - "Veera are you feeling cold?" she said walking to her bedside.
veera - "No starting to feel hot now"
j - "That's good. That means your fever is coming off" she said smiling
Viren just stood there with his arms crossed checking this guy who is apparently his sisters boyfriend. He looked at him from head to toe and Armaan was freaking out now.
a - "Anyways I think I should leave now"
j - "No its okay sit here. Look you came and Veera is starting to feel better now"
Viren gave a deadly look to Jeevika who was in turn smiling at Viren as well as Veera.
a - "It's okay. I actually have a class in 30 minutes. I just came to drop off some stuff for Veera"
viren - "What stuff" he interrogated
Veera smacked her forhead at Viren's question. Her brother was definitely the most nosiest guy in this world.
veera - "Thanks Armaan. Leave now before you get late for class"
Armaan was to scared to even hug Veera bye so he just smiled at her then said his byes to Viren and Jeevika trying to leave as quickly as possible and escape Viren's sight.
j - "Jeez Viren, you're so annoying"
veera - "Seriously bhai, why are you here. You scared my boyfriend"
viren - "Oh hello, who was scared and begging me to come to the hospital. Someone was complaining just a few minutes ago"
veera - "fine I was, but you didn't have to scare him like that"
viren - "I just asked him a question for goodness sake. Now shut up and close your eyes. You shouldn't be talking when you have a fever"
veera - "Really bhai?"
viren - "Didn't I tell you to shut up"
Veera rolled her eyes and then covered herself under the blankets even more. Little while later Virat and Vanshika walked in the room bringing coffee and lunch for Viren and Jeevika. They all sat in the room as Veera drifted off to sleep again.
j - "I have to go now, I'll see you guys in the evening"
viren - "Where are you going?"
j - "I have a class to teach in an hour. Need to go finish some paperwork also"
viren - "What time ail you be done?"
j - "Uhm I won't be free till late night. I'll call you when I'm done"
For almost three months now Veera has been undergoing extensive treatment. She was weak physically, but strong mentally. This was mainly due to the fact that she had the best support system around her. Viren and Virat treated their little sister like a princess, fulfilling every wish of hers.
