My dearst NL team
Today is Thursday and all you submissions come to me by toninght or the latest Friday morning (IST)
I appreciate all the help you provide me for our NL, and I hope you continue to do so.
If anyone you can't do your parts anymore please I need to know ahead of time, as I am always wondering until the last moment if you are going to be able to do your part for the week or not I really appreciate a advance warning. I know everyone is busy with you own things, but please understand guys that I am also just as busy. I really need everyone's cooperration on this.
From now on if I don't hear from you and I have to replace you at the last moment for 3 consecutive time I won't hesitate to assign you parts to someone else permanenently. We do have more people who wants to volunteer so I won't mind at all.
Thank you to all the team members who have sent in their entries early.
Now something very important I have for you guys. As most of you know by now that Sree13 is not going to be on IF, so I need someone to cover for her parts.
