Reg uploading pics

hi frenz...i have a query...ppl upload so many ASYA snaps...spoilers n so many...just wanted to know if d same to be added to their respective profile pics too...can d guys who post such pics r allowed to post photos in d respective actor's profile too???? if yes, den we do it n does it increase their ranking too?????
