Yeah her voice is rough and rustic type, but it is not like Rani Mukherjee's even though Rani's voice is a little rough. That Sapna's voice is worst than Rani's and she is not that a good actress either. That's what I think.

rani voice was very rough when she entered into bollywood but later on i think she diid exercise ro improve he voice adn nowit dsoent sound so rough
but sapna's is way rougher
