What? How dare Mr.Asad Ahmed Khan not sing my praises to Ayaan? How can he not think that am totally fabulous? Wait, let me bash him also as a 'pareshani' so that we both are in the same boat. I mean, what? Of course, me and Mr.Khan have to be in the same boat.
EEE! What a fantastic landing into Mr.Khan's lap , right from his window.Zink-Zonk-Poof! Stop staring at him non-stop and speak to him...* repairs the momentary short circuit moment* in her brain . THAT is how Zoe's heart functions as far as Asad is concerned. The latent yet obvious attraction, the deep running emotional trust , the true tear-gland trigger attachment , the i-look-at-him-and-go-blank beauty of a girl's fixation for a man- ALL THIS. No matter how and what Zoe is plotting and planning , no matter how much she lies to Asad, that is in her head. Every moment spent with Asad is REAL. Her mind might try and play around with Asad but her heart stays flawless in integrity to Asad. Reason? Her mind may not know it, but her heart has chosen Asad.
Yes. Zoe is making a choice for Phoophi and her own belief that if Rashid is innocent indeed tomorrow, Asad is gonna regret this decision of testifying against his father. It is morally wrong but in the language of the heart its a manipulative yet innocent decision to save someone. She is choosing Dilshad over Asad, true. But its not a choice based on ' love and affection'. Its a choice based on ' a conscious decision' where you know exactly what you are doing and what the repercussions are.
Zoe may have deliberately chosen this day to take Asad on her hunt for her father. She maybe taking Asad for a ride on the surface in cahoots with Ayaan. But... the emotions between her and Asad , the clue to her father , her emotional breakdown and her need to find solace in Asad and hug him, her tears- these are the screams of her heart that go much beyond the plan she has to stop Asad from going to court. Whatever she has with Asad on an emotional level, has always been true and intense with depth.
Its like you play a game and your heart plays a game of its own. And you know that the game may be on the periphery but whatever is in the middle is as true as it can be. Zoe may have chosen this day and situation to take Asad away but her feelings chose Asad to come tumbling out.
As for Asad, he may have shut down his feelings for Zoe, but his heart would always protect his paagal pareshaani with his life. The danger that Zoe was going to Highway 13 alone made Asad leave everything and go with her. Her tears made him take a plunge and give her the comfort she needed - and just the feel of his hand on her shoulder , turned her into his chest. And Asad. The emotionally suppressed. physically incapable of showing affection, slowly wrapped his arms around her ... tears filling up his eyes. Almost as if emphasizing that yes, you are right. You will reach for me and i will be right here. With you. For you... Of you? Maybe.
One can only wish and hope that Zoe realizes in time that this is ASAD. The person she is closest to in today's date , the person who has placed his emotions in front of her and his faith in her. The person who may or may not be emotionally challenged but is her emotional anchor. One choice, one decision that Zoe has made. I am not sure if she understands what this means. If Asad is unable to see where she was coming from and why she did what she did...Zoe could lose him like a handful of sand.
Zoe is in the twilight zone right now. Neither right . Nor wrong. The problem is that Asad knows only black and white. Will he be able to understand twilight?
For me, the line of the day came from Zoe - Main aapko dekhne aayi thi , Mr.Khan.☺️ It was innocent and sounded so beautiful.
For the rest of the episode, let Billo come first and then, judge. Its not like you know the story before its unfolding unless you are Gul or Mrinal Jha. Many things are done for TRP.
Dilshad loves Zoe and that weight of someone's love can make you do many things.
Razia has a chink in her armour , someone other than Badi Bi who knows her truth.
Ayaan has in a way known Asad and how viscose he can be. Maybe Zoe should have given an ear to his warning. Him and Zoe sound like chipmunk buddies to me. Partners in crime but attached to that one man - Asad. As a brother (Ayaan) to Asad and as a soulmate( Zoe) to Asad.
P.S- The precap was just so emotional. Zoe seemed so safe in Asad's arms as he reluctantly but honestly took her in his arms and let her cry . 😳
