This is a south indian movie - Shiva..which was later made in HIndi As well..It was abt student politics in college and was a HUGE rage at that time!
n i remember this song was a BIG rage! how many of you recognise this...the heroine is Amla..n i used to LOVVVEE her back then. i think she is married to nagarjuna now...dont know exactly!
