Depends on the how the TRPs are being calculated...up until late last year, they focused primarily on metro cities; but I believe they had to recalibrate it and now include large portions of east (Bengal, Assam, etc.), north (Punjab, Haryana, etc.), west, and south, also.
This means many towns, villages etc. where people may not have access to or be able to afford cable/dish service.
In that case, it will definitely reflect in TRPs.
SLB's show will likely be first choice for those viewers.
