In hurry Maan took Geet to room again. Where Nandini and one more lady doctor were taking care of her.It was not safe to keep Geet on injections as she was due. But if she regained her consciousness back her mental stress was more harmful.

'Patta nahi kyo jab bhi meri bachchi(daughter) ek kadam aagay rakhne ki koshis karti hai…her destiny drags her two steps behind.Why my daughter surfers always ? Its true a mother can do any thing for her child , can go to any extent.But can't change destiny of child.Just like me..Same like me Geet she is so helpless that can't do anything for Mannat' looking through glass pane in door at Geet from outside Rano said with heavy heart.

'Maa nothing gonna happen. Mannat and Geet they both have to be all right Agar bhagwaan hai to dekhiye...dekh rahe hai aap babaji..Geet k liye aap to Babaji hai na...every thing is in front of you.In how much pain your child is?Her trust on you lever lessen...even in how much pain she is.' Maan yelled 'What about my little daughter. She is too innocent.You have to be with her…you have to be…' Maan hugs Rano tightly .But he himself has been broken from inside.

Nurse informed Maan that Rehaan is awake and he was asking for Mannat first.

'We don't have any excuse to keep him calm.What to do know Maan .He is too weak and mental stress is not good for him at this time?' worried Daddi said.

'Daddi Maa Rehaan is asking for Mannat.I know what to do know ? Every thing will be alright' Maan had slight smile on his face thinking some thing. Without waiting for any reaction from his family members. He left place for Rehaan's room in hurry.

Worried Daddi and Rano followed him.What they found that was surprising Maan was taking Rehaan out of his room

'Maan where are you taking him?' shocked Daddi questioned Maan

'He want to meet Mannat .So I m taking him to her? Petting his back Maan said calmly

'What !! Have you gone mad ?' Daddi whispered

'No Dadi Maa I came to senses now.I know what I am doing.Just wait and let me do what I am doing.' Maan takes Rehaan toward Mannat's room.

Rehaan was weak.Placing his cheek on Maan's shoulder he encircles arms around his neck.

'Papa you are taking Rehaan to Mannat.Per wo mujhe milne kyo nahi aae ?' in feeble voice he said

'Ji beta.don't speak much.Mannat had high fever so doctor gave her injection Fever ki wajah se Maan ko bahut weakness ho gayi hai.Even she is not able to get up from bed properly.' Before entering Mannat's room Maan was trying to make his mind.So to face Mannat's condition telling him little bit lie.Little boy couldn't understand real problem with Mannat.

'Papa when I am fine Mannat ko fever ho gaya.She will be alrite na' cupping Maan's face Rehaan questioned with lots of hopes filled in his eyes.For the well being assurance of Mannat from Maan.

'Yes son she will.She is your sister.If you defeated your disease she will too. But you have to make her realize.that she will be alright.Tell her how much you love him How much we all love him and want her back home soon..Tell her that she had got Papa back' Petting his cheek Maan tried to make him understand

'If I tell her all this will she be alright soon ? Aur Papa..usko Papa kaise mil gaye !! Jaise Meri Mommi aur Mannat ki Mommi ek hai..Mere Papa aur Mannat k Papa bhi ek hai na.Per aap to usko Papa kehne he nahi detay ? Wo apko Mere Papa nahi keh sakti na.Apne he aisa kaha tha.' Rehaan put all questions at once which were also disturbing Maan too.

'No baby Papa was wrong.Like I am your Papa .I am her Papa too ' Maan had the pain in his eyes .Same pain which was haunting him.

'Mannat k Mere Papa Maan ' he giggled it was surprising

'Ha Mannat k Mere Papa Maan' he stamped

'you know na Wo apki baat sabse jayada mannti hai...If you will tell her she will she will understand that this is true.She has gotten her Papa.Mannat will be too much happy'

'Yes Papa..I will tell her.But where is Mommi Pap.Is she with Mannat.' He looked around for his mother.

'Momi I asked Momi to go home for change.She was here from yesterday.So I asked to chage dress and to bring tasty food ' how much it was hurting to tell little boy lie only Maan knew.But Rehaan accepted it.

'Okey lets go inside Papa' he kissed Maan on cheek.

Taking Rehaan in his lap Maan slowly opened the door.Rano and Daddi Maa were over hearing them.

'Manji what you thing it will work .When doctors can't do any thing ? ' Rano questioned Daddi Maa taking her hand in hers

'If Maan has trust on Rehaan.I also have.Rano ever you felt Mannat and Rehaan are twins.But even than they have one soul.She will hear Rehaan.She will trust him.' Daddi second Maan's idea .She had full faith on him.

Inside Room

Without making any noise .Maan took Rehaan near to Mannat's bed.Where she was laying like a lifeless body.With oxygen mask and on drip.

'Papa Mannat why Mannat is laying such ' Rehaan's screamed in shock .

' Plz Rehaan don speak aloud.We are in hospital ' Maan covered his mouth with hand.

'I am sorry Papa..Put me down.Mujhe Mannat se baat karni hai' He forcibly tried to free himself from Maan's grip

'Wait Rehaan Papa apko Mannat k pass beitha (to make him sit) detay hai'saying this he made him sit next to Mannat

Rehaan little boy never ever had seen his mischievous sister in such a condition never takes rest for a minute.After glaring her for some time he opened up 'Mannat...Mannat open your eyes.Even if you are ill.You can talk to me.I am also not fine.Even than I came to talk to you.Open your eyes and talk to me' He have jerk to her shoulder

Maan knew it was not good for Mannat but he wanted to give a chance to him so he was watching every thing like a silent spectator.

' Utho jaldi..otherwise I will never talk to you.' he pouted his lips.

'Whether my decision was right ?' Maan thought after getting no response.He wiped his teary eyes hiding form his son.

'Mannat open your eyes.See who is here to meet you.Tumhare Bhai..aur kon hai dekho...surprise ?' He chirped giving himself a one more chance.

'Mannat Papa aaye hai milne tumse.Papa.Mannat aur Rehaan k Mere Papa Maan. Aise he tum kehti thi na mujhe.Aab to Papa ne bhi bol diya hai dekho.' Pouting lips he said ' Utho aab jaldi karo' he yelled excessively pinched her on cheek.

Yes she reacted.This time she responded.Her hand moved bit.She was restless. Tried to pen her eyes.

'Papa Mannat is opening her eyes.See Papa' He giggled aloud in excitement

'Yes son she is trying to open her eyes' Even Maan noticed Mannat nodding her head in restlessness.Like she her body was feeling the pain in it.

Her body has been started to react with each and every touch of her brother.

'Mannat baby dekho bachchy apka bhai apse jhooth nahi bol raha..See Papa is here..Rehaan aur Mannat k Mere Papa Maan yahan hai' He cupped Mannat's face with his hands when tear drop from his over flooded eyes fell on her cheek.

A slight movement in her hands in her legs.She blinked her eyes.Maan presses call bell next to bed.Within moments Dr Khanna came.As he was very closely observing this case. If any thing wrong happens to Mannat he may loose every thing .

When Daddi and Rano found Dr Khanna in hurry they also followed him.But nurse stopped them to come inside informing the new development.

Dr Khanna took Maan aside.He was bit calm now.

'Mr.Khuraana.I know how much angry you are.Still the results are not that much good.But Mannat she has started to respond if we touch her body parts. Which was not before.Some times strong will power of patient makes him or her to do that which seems impossible.Its just like any miracle' Dr Khanna revealed

'It means Mannat will be alright soon ?'

'As we performed some more tests.I was examining those reports when I came here. There is no effect on her mental balance.Phy sically effect ho sakta hai. But now how she is responding chances seems good.' Saying this Dr. examined Mannat completely once more.Gave her injection and left.

Maan took Rehaan to his room.But he compelled Maan to keep him with Mannat. On his request Dr.Kahhan permitted to shift Rehaan in Mannat's room.Geet was still in same condition.But Mannat her oxygen mask had been removed in next few hours.She was able to breath by herself.

Rehaan observed all around finding no one there in room. Finding his Papa on phone outside room.He dropped down from his bed and hardly climbed up Mannat's bed.

'Mannat dekha jab main aaya tumse milne..than doctor removed your oxygen mask.Now I am with yoy so get up.' he whispered near to her ear

'Papa said you had high fever but now you don't have.Don do drama okey get up.I know you are angry.I stayed away from you for days na.But you also not phoned me once.Fir bhi Rehaan gussa nahi hai.' he touched her forehead to check fever with his tiny hand.After getting no response he jerked her.

'uh uh uh ..uuuah----uahhh' this is the feeble voice came out from Mannat's mouth after such long .

'Papa Papa Papa' Rehaan screamed in joy.

Rehaan tried to took Mannat in his arms and pushed her up 'Challo utho aab. Challo'

Maan rooted to spot when he saw this.First he was not able to understand what was happening.What his son was doing.But Rehaan again yelled 'Papa come fast.Mannat ko kush nahi hua.She is just doing drama.'

'Rehaan baby don don do this.Put her down on bed beta.She is not well.' Maan tried to free Mannat.But he hugged her more tightly.

'I am also not well.I am not doing any drama.Why she is doing this.' he regrets

Some how Maan successfully freed Mannat from Rehaan's grip and put her down on bed.She was trying to rub herself along the bed. In same manner like she does when gets up from her sleep.But her body was not supporting her properly.It was clear she wanted to come out of this condition and Rehaan he was forcing her to do so.

'Rehaan beta how Mannat is under effect of injection.Just like Doctor gave to you also.Just like you became alright after few hours.She will be alright soon son.' Maan he had been too much tired mentally handling his family but he had made himself ready to face any thing now.If he is strong only than his family could fight with courage.

He grabbed Rehaan in his arms and put him back on his bed.Then went to check Mannat.She shrieked her brows just like Maan does while thinking some thing...It was clear there was some thing going on in her mind.A chirp of smile came to corners of Maan's lips.

'I think you are getting angry with Papa even in sleep.Even if this is true beta come out of this long sleep.Shout on me.Get angry on me.' Brushing her hair Maan whispered near to her ear

'Papa she is just doing drama' Rehaan said aloud.Maan passed a smile only looking at him.

He got up from her bed.But what ..whats wrong?

Maan looked back why his hand got a jerk.Like some one had grabbed.

Ya it was true on which no one could believe. Mannat had grabbed Maan's hand tightly.He looked back. Wiped off over flooded eyes with other hand .He had to go .To check Geet too.But how could he free his hand from his tiny daughter. Who caught his hand with some hope.'Mannat Beta get up aab to jaag jayo.' he placed soft kiss on her forehead. Petted her forehead

'Mr Khuraana ur wife wants to meet you 'Nurse informed him

Maan looked back 'Okey sister plz ask Mrs Handa to come here.'

Nurse'yes sir' she informed Rano and Maan went out to meet Geet.

In Geet's room

Maan opened the door silently.With a fear to get same reaction from Geet.

'How are you feeling ?' Maan set next to her on chair.

'Maan take me to kids.Nandini told me about kids .They are in same room and how Mannat reacted to Rehaan ?'

'But Geet .?'

'Plz Maan' hop filled eyes of Geet begged in front of him.

'Okey ' Maan placed soft kiss on her forehead.Asked Nurse to bring wheel chair.
