hi no jiji is right. medically is proven that papaya can cause termination of pregnancy. in fact in think abortion pills and procedure use papaya seeds for abortions

I just searched on YahOO
Unripe and semi Ripe Papaya might be dangerous( No scientific reasons provided) still search a bit more, and let u guys know if I find something different, but ripe papaya is recommneded during pregnancy.

I asked my mom and she said that eating papaya kills the fetus....and that's how you can have a miscarraige. I don't know how to say it in English, but papaya is gharam like nuts and mangoes are gharam fruits...they are warm fruits and warm (i guess tropical) fruits and nuts actually hurt the body by giving it the extra warmth that it doesn't need....I don't know if I explained it right, but if you guys understand what I said then you will know lol.

oh right ok i do get what you mean my mum didnt know anything about it all of us were confused guess it must be because its not a common fruit we eat here! But thanks for the advice 😉
