I think that the new track is inspired by the movie Heena in which Rishi kapoor drifts to Pakistan in an accident and looses his memory and falls in love with a Pakistani girl called Henna...Its the same with a touch of Ila Bedi logic...Babli is not the daughter of Husna and Kabir ...She might be an orphan adopted or might be a surrogate child of Noor and Kabir in Indira's womb just like Shweta as Babli has bad legs and Noor was shown sitting on a wheel chair in Indira's flashback

this is possible i have said before . khud ki beti ki surrogate shweta and she is surrogate of babali
