I think RK is not taking revenge. He is deliberately doing this to keep madhu away from him...bcoz he fear her life is in danger if she stays with him like he luved his father n he died. he fear same for her. She nearly faced death during her mother wedding. Rk blames himself for bringing chaudhry back in her life. The story is more kinda End of an affair movie like... thats how i feel.. lets see whether this is true or not.
