Our international Desi girl superstar is always onto something new, and this time she's lending her heart, and her voice, to a beautiful nonprofit known as Girl Rising. 10 X 10 presents the movement in the form a film which will hit theaters on March 7. The screening is eye-opening, awe-inspiring, and absolutely moving.
"What makes 'Girl Rising' so invaluable in today's context is the message of hope and positivity conveyed through stories of courageous women around the globe who defied the status quo and are fighting for the right to enrich their lives through education," Priyanka said. "It is a global issue and it will take everyone coming together, across international borders and cultural divides, to support those who are standing up for equality in education."
