i m 90% sure he has gone after ratan singh..he may have called anandi for informing about the same but anandi didn't receive his call.

U r right may be ashima returning can also be the reason and shiv want to suprise anandi.

I'm pretty sure it's after Ratan Singh. It's the only reason he would have such a serious expression.
