MISSION FOR PEACE(Are you willing to make a Peace treaty and sign it?)
Almost 48 hours I saw a post/thread, which i knew would potentially turn into another battlefield so i stepped in. I am known for being zaalim😛, but i let that all go. I thought to try to achieve peace for once. WOuldn't hurt to try ?
Though i went to sleep last night dishearten that i was losing in my mission already, that nobody was really listening to what i way saying, and just carrying on their TIT for TAT behavior, which i totally understood considering the fact that both fandoms have such wounds and scars from previous battles in this FANDOM WAR that letting it go for the sake of the COMMON GOOD of this forum was too much to ask for.
But i woke up this morning to get the most shocking yet pleasant surprise of my life. I thought we had a lot of baby steps left to walk, more effort on my side to convince people, but we were already at the apologizing stage and becoming friends stage *happy tears*
My happiness knows no bounds at the moment, as i have been getting pms from yesterday actually of people apologizing to me and willing to support me in my mission to bring peace to this forum.
But this could just like a beautiful dream instantly turn into a nightmare. Again the blurry line that divides this forum into DDians and VDIans is still there. In my mission i thought it would be best to first learn to RESPECT each other's fan groups, their favorite star, and each other, so this peace treaty between us stays intact.
That's why, I wanted to make a chart. If VDians and DDians don't talk about what things have hurt them and they find offensive, then there is no point in putting everything in the past and moving on, because so easily the same mistakes can be repeated.
Thus, i would really appreciate it if both fandoms would help me by posting a comment for instance of what things a DDians should be careful of not doing or what thing a VDian should be careful of not doing.
I will compile everything into a chart/Peace treaty, and then make a new thread, where everybody would look over the Peace treaty and sign it.
What do you all say? Are you all with me? 😳

I have seen people from both sides get targeted, and yes it is real frustrating for people like me who come to enjoy the show, RIshbala, and try to have a good time here.
Both sides have been targeted and hurt so much that they will always choose to retaliate in a negative way. Both will not let their ego go since the wounds the opposite fandom has inflicted on them has run way too deep.
But this forum will never achieve peace if both fandoms retaliate fire with fire. Don't you want peace?

I bet everybody does as fighting get's tiring and mentally exhausting. Not to mention hurts, especially when you personally get attacked, we have to question ourselves is it all worth it?
VD and DD don't even know we exist and are fighting for them on some virtual site, nor do they have time to care. THere characters are REEL characters. But we are REAL people...hurting REAL humans.
It is sad, but if forum members here have to think twice..no even three times before posting anything, because both fandoms will be ready with magnifying glasses to pick out faults and bash one another.
There is no use of holding on to what has happened in the past. It will just make this forum a more miserable place to be in, when you so desperately want to enjoy yourself and be around those who share the same love for MB.
All that matters is trying to reconcile or at least try to instead of taking turns in attacking one another. Trust me there will be no victory. .EVER for either fandom.
If there is any chance of Victory in this war, then it's only if both fandoms draw in their white flag, and sign a peace treaty. Otherwise we all win be gunned down and defeated.
The question comes down to holding on to your grudges and letting that drown you into a pool of negativity, or at least help me help this forum achieve peace. All i ask for right now is your support and your open mind that's all.
Nobody is interested in fighting. Laughing and having a lot of masti is what people rather do and is what this forum should be doing, instead always fighting with one another.
We are in civil war with one another. . . we are divided, when in reality we should be focusing on our enemies such as other shows. We lost and became 2nd place in the most romantic jodi, cuz we are divided. . . while the other show was UNITED that they beat us by a huge margin.
That's it MBians I hope you all support me. Both fandoms have to meet me half way. I will be in the middle where DVDIans/Peace resides. Hope to see you there 😳

Draft of Peace Treaty so far. .
- No personal bashing. Choose wisely with what you have to say, and take into account that the other person is a human, with REAL emotions.
- Other's POV's should be respected. If you don't like it and don't have anything nice to say or a clean/polite way to say it then avoid it instead of ruining it.
- Before saying anything bad about someone else's fav think for a minute, how you will feel, if the same thing is said about your fav! (Note: What things are bad and shouldn't be said regarding a person's fav needs to be discussed in more detail and pinned down in writing in this treaty. . any suggestion guys?)
- keep an open mind to criticism. Don't jump to conclusion. Just becoz DD fans said something about VD doesn't mean.they said it with an ulterior motive and vise versa! Again...take criticism as an opinion..rather than thinking its some agenda!
- If you dont like something you read...PLEASE learn to close the post..and never go back! If you cannot support then better leave that post and concentrate on a post you like.
- When you see a non-regular member bashing and criticizing one of the actors, don't just assume and accuse that the post must be a MID of the opposite fandom. Just DON'T!
Likewise, when someone criticize about DD overacting, to prove they are wrong, sometimes her supporters too bring VD into the topic and say things like he is wooden or expressionless! Again Not ACCEPTABLE !
- No need of bringing Vd name into it and if it is about criticizing VD acting, then no need to bring DD into it!
- If we are supporters of the show any post which was made to bash any of the leads of our show, we should not support the TM just because the post is about the lead who is not our favorite instead we should try to be the one and deal with that TM.
- Mind you, do NOT accuse any of being SCARED/COWARD for reporting you. If you did the crime, then my all means ZIP IT, and be glad you did not get bashed and just reported.
- Do NOT drag DD/VD 's PERSONAL LIFE into ANYTHING! Not ACCEPTABLE! First of all DVD got no issues with each other, so who are you to drag there personal life? When you have no idea who they are or most likely never met them in your life, so you have NO God given RIGHT to bring their personal life into your own selfish and meaningless fights.
- Do not make siggies that bash someone's favorite star, or unnecessarily drag actors/actresses not even in this show. You supposed to be united with one another and fighting with other show members not your own!
This is utterly disgusting, and not Acceptable by no means!

(Note: Guys i wasn't really here during the time where people made fun posts..i believe u called it BBB posts..not really sure...but i feel like that should be discussed here..so both fandoms do pitch in so we can reach an agreement on that and include it in the peace treaty :) )
