Role Reversal

I know Brandon posted a topic on the excessive character changes, but I had to say this - its so funny to see such a role reversal. Suddenly, Pallavi is the good, misunderstood wife/mother, whilst Trishna is the perennial evil character.

Remember when Rano was in the hospital after saving Paro? Trishna said, "It's funny how there are people in the world who are willing to die to save others, and then there are people like Suyash Mehra, who don't flinch in taking someone else's life". Well, turns out Trishna ji is responsible for TWO deaths - no matter how much someone hates someone else, do these people not flinch when killing a human being?

Maybe at the time of that convo, Trishna wasnt actually aware that it was her who killed Om...

I know Vasu yaar, I probably didnt hate pallavi as much I hate trishna in just one eppy when they show her true colours. 😡 😡 I just always knew if the killer was from the agarwals then it had to be the mad women trishna. Pallavi always had that motherly love for krishna no matter how much she hated the agarwals. That aspect of her character always stayed positive. And yesterday she was just soo good protraying her emotions so well knowing that krishna is no more. 😭

I cant wait to see paro's and kamals reaction when they find out Trishna was all the long behind this. Speically paro's reaction her own best friend killed her beloved OM, i already can see the screen on fire 😆 And i just hope pallavi joins paro's hand and they jointly destroy trishna and rajewashri, that will be one auesome explosion that we havent seen for a while in kahaani, wot say Vasu ????

I so agree with you here.

For the first time yesterday, I felt truly sorry for Pallavi for loosing her son, she always loved Krishna, no matter how much bad things she did.
I also knew that Trishna would be the killer ultimately, coz the others being it, didn't make any sense; and good heaven Trishna looked soooo evil yesterday.......... worse than Rajeshwari infact.

Hopefully Pallavi & Parvati will join hands to fight this battle together for the first time, coz they both lost their son yesterday.......... that would be a real explosion

I agree. Pallavi was the one villain whom I didn't HATE like hell - like Meera or Komolika...Pallavi had a VALID reason for being evil (I mean, you think you're getting married to one guy, but turns out that you will be foisted upon his brother instead - any self-respecting woman would be pissed!). Pallavi did everything because she always felt she was wronged by the Agarwals, and to some extent, I agree. I don't think that everything was their fault and I don't think they deserved everything she dished out, but I could understand where she came from because she didn't turn around one day and say "I want your property/husband/lover so I will be evil and kill you".

And the best thing about Pallavi is Krishna. Its one thing for an evil woman to love and accept her own blood-related son; but its another thing to accept the son who is the representation of your husband's extra-marital affair. For ANY woman, doing so is commendable, and for someone like Pallavi, its so much more than that - she may hate everyone, but she couldn't hate Krishna.

Trishna, on the other hand, as no viable reason to hate Paro. Om was NEVER her husband, it was all an act, so her crazy revenge is just stupidity.

Sasha4eva, I SO agree - even if Paro has to go to jail 😭 , I hope that Pallavi supports her, and when they find out that Trishna killed Om and Krishna, they join forces and start another Mahabharata-yudh! 👏 Paro and Pallavi are the two strongest women in that family/serial/world, so having them get together would mean FIREWORKS! And Rajeshwari is nothing in comparison. We've all seen Pallavi's anger, and when it is connected to her son....Paro and Pallavi should unite for the sake of their son and destroy those who killed him. I REALLY want to see that happening!

Yeh I agree, Kahaani writers have such a potential firecracking storyline in there disposal, (which for sure will raise the TRPs), I just hope they dont just leave it unfinished and go for a leap. Now they really should focus on the two murders now, leave the leap aside for awhile, and really utilise this present track. I hope they completely finish the murder track and then go on to do the leap, if they dont and take the leap it will just lead to more confusion 😭

And for once they can give pallavi a positive shade and more screen presence in this avatar, with paro, gunn and kamal ( i would have put shruti first in the list, but her behaviour lately towards paro and gunn hasnt been positive at all, even yesterday shruti should have given support to gunn, but instead she was just sitting with that jerk sameer away from gunn, whats happen to the once lovely shruti we all know??, hope she comes back to her senses soon, then she can also help paro) working towards destroying or putting trishnaji behind bars, or even better mental asylum where she came from 😆 her beds been waiting for her to long😆

I agree, if there MUST be a leap - PLEASE let's sort out the probs here first. Don't be like Kyunki and leave a million things open ended so there's even more confusion!🤢

lol, I know - I would have incl. Shruti in this group...but she first needs to be taught a lesson by jerk Sameer so that she learns that he's not all that! Then only should she be part of the "Gang"😆

I dunno about Gunn, but I want Kamal and Paro and Pallavi to unite. In fact, screw Kamal, I just wanna see Paro and Pallavi together😆 Man oh man, I wish Shweta K was still playing "Pallo!"😆...Achint is doing a WONDERFUL job, but Saakshi and Shweta K ki baat hi kuch aur thi....

Yeh I know wot you mean Vasu, Shweta K and Paro's chemistry was distinctive, and cant be matched by anyone else. But achint as pallavi has grown on me too, as you said she is doing a fantastic job, so Im sure if pallavi join paro to destroy the murderers then achint will give an 'dhamakdaar' (EXPLOSIVE) performance.

Im not really up for the leap either, but if they have to then they should resolve the present matters first. I guess after the leap, they wont be a chance or glim of hope of OM?? 😭 😭 (If not hope OM keeps coming for paro and gives plenty of lovely ghostly appearances 😃 ) In that way at least we get to see paro not always talking to Om's pic but Om himself, and see there beautiful chemistry 😃 😳

Yaar - even I think it would be crazy for him to come back after 20 years...also, I kinda want Trishna to get punished for that....but yeah, we should have PLENTY Ghost-Om and Paro scenes...I'm sure Kiran can do a little bit for us? 😭

Btw, a little offtopic - but does anyone remember SPA awards, when Tina won the Yogya Bahu award, she got up and Kiran hugged and congratulated her? It was only a tiny scene, but I was watching it again recently and I loved it. Tina said recently that she really misses Kiran....so do we, Tina, so do we.... 😭 😭
