will a husband n wife become ex without divorce?

does it happen in contract marriage where divorce processing is not needed?

so in what category madhu n RK falls...

married but living seperately.

divorcees

marriage ended as it is a contract one.

Question is whether their marriege is registered by RK or not? It seems contract marriage and never seen or heard that marriage is registered.
