Guys, remember one thing Purvi is not being great here because Purvi had to have the delivery but she was due 2 months later. Pre mature delivery wouldn't make sense. She would have to explain everything and she couldnt tell everyone it was Arjun's child.
Plus, Ovi , on the other hand would be shattered and say " God is always nice to you Purvi you got your child while I lost mine"
So this is as much for herself as much as it is for Ovi.
Although, I think she is the one being dumb here or I don't see how having a kid will play out. Is the show heading for another leap?
