Consequences of Obsessive Adulation: Edited

Have you ever wondered what are the effects of excessive adulation for a star like Barun?
Praising a star is fine
Liking him is fine
Even drooling is some people's preference and should be fine within limits
But where does this stop?
Have you ever wondered what happens when the lines are overstepped?
This happens most of the time with Barun
Some people who say they love him,
Destroy him by sending threats to his co stars
They ruin the name of his fans by targetting his rivals, whoever they may be
They rip apart every interview and every picture and every media statement
They ask his PR about his personal life
They make posts about him making him equivalent to some kind of Demi-God
Are such fans aware that such crazy obsession is also destructive to the very person they love?
Such persistent, obsessive behaviour leads many people to turn against Barun without any rhyme or reason
Love can be as destructive ashate if it is not balanced
And though the obsession has been there for long
Now it is tarnishing the image of genuine and balanced Barun fans
A few fans get the other normal Barun fans branded, so much so much so that 'fan girl' has become a term that has been considered a kind of a curse in this forum though I am a friend of quite a few
So, the next time one thinks of doing anything crazy, one should think of the consequences to Barun and other Barun fans
Anything in the right balance is good
Just as bashing can be harmful if not controlled
Adulation can be harmful if taken overbaord
PS: This post comes after the fate of the forum yesterday over two Barun interviews
Give the guy a break
He is as normal as you and me
(Now I am going to be called Barun's Mom😆
Once I was Khushi's Mom😆
Since he shares my son's birthday I don't mind)
And to the list of my critics who come to my thread especially to tell me don't preach
I just have one question
what are they doing by telling me that? Preaching right?
And in a forum
where Gutter is Ok
Bashing is Ok
Drooling is Ok
Preaching is not?
Funny
May be because truth hurts😊
And yes
I am one person who has never been bothered about bashing
So, go ahead and Bash me
You have the full liberty
But as they say
If I am not losing my head
I am losing nothing😊

First of all, fame is a double-edged one.

Highlights and bold ones are the most important ones and red and bold is the one to be taken care of immediately.

Completely agree with you. fans should know where they should draw a line in their love for their heartthrobs. It has crossed the limit and have started intruding their personal lives and even some has gone to the level of matchmakers. What we do for fun or what we presume as love for them is becoming a headache for the stars, especially barun. fans have even gone to a level where they think these people own to them and they cannot think or speak anything else other than what fans want. So, it is time for everyone to come back to normalcy.

Barun's interviews are always hot subjects in this forum, don't know why his interviews have this fate.

You have said and covered almost every points very neatly, nothing to add more. Very nice post.

Arnav is obsessed to khushi, khushi is obsessed to Arnav, I am obsessed to Arshi, but will not cause any harm to sarun.

Err

The dood is a public figure.

If he didn't want to be judged, he wouldn't give interviews.

Obsession is not okay but hey who am I to say that? To each his own.

Three months off this forum and it's still the same. People telling what other people should do.

I don't know why people think he needs an advice from them, but nowadays love for him is becoming dangerous (from a few). I don't know if I am the only person who felt that.
