I think it is very natural and logical for Meera to fall in love first, Prithvi as a person has no feelings and cannot understand relaitonships, even though he can feel the emotions, he cannot understand them. He has no life, no faith and no goals. Its very difficult for such a person to understand love and have faith in love and relationships, so if we wait for him to fall in love, that,s next to impossible.
Where as Meera comes from a different upbringing, she has a logical head and emotional heart, she understands relatioships and is very dedicated to them. She can think, feel and take her own decisions. Initially she did not realize her love for Prithvi, but with the entry of Aakash, she had this dilemma and with Aakash making her aware and by analyzing her own actions, She has now come to understand taht its Prithvi whom she loves. Soon she will make Prithvi also fall for her.
