OK, so let's say, it's not revenge but that RK really does have a reason for breaking madhu's heart.
So, whatever the reason, let's say medical - RK breaks madhu's heart and even gets her into the movies. During this time he reverts to his cold and cruel self.
Time passes and Madhu emerges as a successful actress who now distrusts everyone and cares only for her family. She becomes cold and cares for wealth and power and the chance to hurt RK someday. Gone is our sweet innocent Madhu.
Then RK's truth gets revealed and there is a miraculous cure. Madhu finds out he lied to her to protect her.
Can Madhu forgive him? should she forgive him? Or will she play a game of her own - remember we are now looking at a hurt sherni. There's a difference.
