The friends of katyayani

I am lil bit confused that why the names of all the friends of katyayani are named upon names of name maa durga like LALITA, CHITRA, JHALKARI and BATUK also is Bhairav's other name and also he is associated wid devi. Are all these girls are also roop of devi and will merge in katyayani to form a 9 roopo waali kanya which was curse of holy girls who sacrificed their lives in Yajna.
