They showed BB taken to hopsital...Nidhi telling Ashu that agar yeh operation aap nahin karenge toh koyi nahi kar sakta...Ashu refuses - he says something - Agar main operate karunga toh and then I could not understand what he said...then they showed them giving BB artificial shock...and then Nidhi shouting Baba and Ashutosh pulling off his mask down slowly with a dismayed face...

Just saw the promo again - Ashu said that agar main operation karunga toh mujhse koyi galti ho sakta hain - soemthing like that he said - means he is nervous that he might do a mistake...
