Initially,The attraction will be towards Ayaan but she may not consider him as her love.

I say, attraction to Ayaan because both of them are very outgoing and will gel well once they are properly acquinted. (Ayaan will misunderstand it to be her love, just like Humaira).

Ultimately, the true love realization for Zoya will be for Asad and Ayaan will be her best friend.

She would definitely gel well with Ayaan, since they both have carefree and funloving approach towards life but boy the responsible, intense and protective Mr Khan will be her love of life!
