i am confused

i have some doubts.
omi got 50% shares of prem's company from komolika. then prerna got 15% share, then there r lots of share holders. so how many shares does prem have???isn't he supposed to be equal partner to komolika??so he shud have 50% shares. i am confused. or is it calcualted in another way????

another doubt is tht. since prem is not physically or mentally capable to handle business, his mother who is his legal gaurdian can look after his business ri8???so shudn't prerna have 15% of her shares + 50% of prem's, makin her the powerful person in the company???😕

To be honest i hadent actually realised but now that youve pointed it out.... i'm confused too....

i have been wonderin abt this for sometime now. since komo keeps sayin tht they have equal shares.

i think prem and komo both together had 50% and the rest wwas split bwtn the sharholders i think due to prem's condition for some reason komo reveived his shares instead of prerna since prem was not on talking terms with prerna i dont think he changed his poweer of attorny or something therefore komo got his shares

but didn't omi mention somethin abt he bein the main share holder now since prem is not well and he calls prem his partner. i don't think omi got control over prem's property.
