no radha... didn't you see... the cops came by and they know the reason behind yash-prashant fight and ansh getting kidnapped... yash is not guilty here... he isn't accused of any crime... you can see papa scindia telling pankaj to talk to the cops... and he even gets fired up on aarthi ki he din't do this to help aarthi he saved yash from getting jailed coz he is his son... and he don't want yash to be in jail because of aarthi... so yash is not arrested and you can see yash and aarthi get off to search ansh...
