Yupp.. she was Replaced by Resham Tipnis(girl who played Shilpa Shetty's friend in Baazigar...later murdered by Shahrukh Khan...she's cute)...

yep...it was a sidetrack in early kskbt episodes. here is the short version......kesar had come to live with viranis and fell for mihir's cousin...the relation never materialised and she ended up falling in love and marrying anupam(mihir's business partner, mandira's brother and tulsi's fiance when it was believed that mihir had died). they later had differences (anupam was a workaholic) and she went back to haridwar where raj bhasin(her childhood friend who was obsessed with her)) raped her. she got pregnant and by a twist of fate raj ran off with tulsi's son(ansh)thinking that it was his and kesar's kid . guilty kesar replaced her son besides fainted tulsi (harsh). tulsi never realised the switch and kesar told her that her son was born stillborn. keasr later patches up with anupam and forgets all about this .
years later we find raj is trying to blackmail kesar who asks for tulsi's intervention. mandira grabs at the opportunity to declare innocent tulsi guilty of extramarital. mihir stands by her until dna report suggests that mihir is not the father of harsh. after a number of dramatic episodes when mihir and tulsi are on the verge of breakup , kesar (who was out of town) returns and confesses. while mihir and tulsi reconcile....the whole thing drives a wedge between keasar and anupam....later we find that though they stay with each other...anupam is having a hard time letting it go....then the track vanishes.
at this point viranis start the search for ansh ...who was sold to gujral by raj in his infancy.
