Preity Zinta: A day in the life of a traffic cop!
She's one celeb who never bats an eyelid to voice her opinion on issues (however risky or controversial in nature that might be). Or stand up for a cause, even if it is about placing dustbins in prime locations in the city. Or being a traffic controller. Yes, on the night of the Jaan-e-mann bash, PZ was an hour late for the event, but no one knows exactly what happened. She was stuck in a horrible traffic-jam - while that's not anything new we've heard, there's more to it. There was a huge truck ahead of her vehicle that just wouldn't budge. As a result, all cars on that road came to a frozen halt. PZ in her usual style got out of the car, and bellowed at the truckie. Well, seeing her on the road everyone's jaw dropped, and eyes lit up. And the traffic came to a complete halt, only this time no one was complaining. Of course, in minutes PZ realized it wasn't such a good idea, after all, and quickly hopped back into the car. "What was most amusing is that my poster was pasted on the truck, that too a very old, unattractive picture. I had a good laugh," she said. Her good deed of the day worked wonders as the truck-driver quickly obliged and made way for everyone. And they all had Preity Zinta to thank for it. C'mon PZ, take a bow!
