problems replying

I''m having trouble responding to any messages on If forum, i can for some reason only post a new topic, if i go reply to someone else's post, it doesn't let me do it... how can I get this problem fixed?

BTW, i also have the same problem when i login using my brother's computer. But it works fine when i use my computer. I think there is something wrong with the website.
