Digging one's own grave - Prashant and Sr. Sindhya

Sr. Schindya is inviting trouble not only for Arti but for the entire family. To allow a man to enter his mansion who displays lot of evil side is something no one might have ever dreamt of. By doing that he is exposing his weakness to Prashant for him to take advantage in future if the present thirst is not quenched. Sr. Schindya is conveniently forgetting his grand-daughters, his wealth and more important his 'handshake' for the crime. All this will backfire and will be exposed in no time.

Custody case :

We all are sure Arti and Yash will win the case. The question is who will be the lawyer for this case. Pankaj? ?

Well, if Pankaj takes up the case the valid points that pankaj gathers will be known to Prashant thru Sr. Schindya and the case may become difficult for Arya. (UNLESS Pankaj gathers up the courage to support Yash and finds out his dad evil ways..)

Secondly if unknown lawyer (probably known to yash) takes up the case, the argument and custody will go in favour of Arya.

What can be done : (not going into too much detail)

1. Both Yash and Arti should try to find out Prashant's second wife.

2. Mr. & Mrs. Dubey's will also play a major role by bringing out Prashant's evil character. This dialogue can be one of the highlight . ' A son who cannot look after his parents and has made our life miserable, what is the guarantee that the same person can look after his son and not make his life miserable'.

3. Highlighting Arti's and Prashant's life after THE DIVORCE and the role both played.

4. Lastly Ansh voice of thoughts is the ultimate.

Possibility :

1. Sr. Sindhya may blackmail Arti to leave Yash and house for good if she wants the custody in her favour. ( same tactics played by Suraj pratap in the initial days of their marriage - 'divorce')

2. Arti may not leave Yash and will fight together ( proving her love for him and kids equally - watch yesterday's dialogue carefully where Yash questions her love for him)

This is for CVs :

By showing Sr. Schindya stooping so low to get his son and grand daughters back at the cost of an innocent child and mother - how are you going to convince us by bringing the good transformation that you built and created a space for us to admire the man of the house. It is going to be difficult for us viewers to digest a goodness in him - however hard you try to play with the words of emotion.
