pronucing Kushal's name!!!!

In NB I was so upset when i saw every1 pronouncing Kushal's name "kushl' .
we saw a Nishal video where nia told he hates being called by other names or when his name is wrongly pronounced
why can't they respect a person n b a little sensible??
